Their service is spot on, their techs are knowledgeable and courteous and the inside support team is super friendly and never keep you waiting. The owner is committed to excellence and has total focus on customer satisfaction. We buy their service program every year and it is seamless. Just can’t say enough good about this company….we will never look elsewhere…no need for that!!!

We have had a service contract with you for 17 years. Your service has been outstanding. There have been a few bumps in the road, but an amicable solution was always reached. I have two very special people I'd like to mention, Rich (Harold), service person, is the BEST! He fixes any problem related to our appliances and is very helpful. Even on my infamous Thanksgiving morning oven demise, he personally called me from home. The other person I'd like to mention is James, former supervisor. He is the fairest, most caring, intelligent gentlemen I have ever met. He listens, evaluates, then decides. Very impressive. There are a lot of companies now in the whole house appliance contract business, be very wary of them. Several of my neighbors have had very incompetent people do damage to their homes.

Grande Aire Services: I have been a customer of Coastal Cooling for over 14 years and they installed my current AC system and have serviced it every Six months for 12 years. I will give you a fair trial for the coming year and if satisfactory will remain a customer of your company., My current AC is 12 years old and will undoubtedly need replacement in the next year or two. Avery Stathos was my tec. Was very professional,courteous, and meticulous. He installed a soft start and did maintenance on my Home AC. Very happy with the outcome and dealing with this young man. I moved into my Medley community 1 year ago. Grand Aire was here at my house for the first time. They are now my go to AC home repair service moving forward. I would also like to acknowledge Travis who called me back when I called before operational hours. He made an effort to get someone hear today and he did. Grande Aire is absolutely amazing. They are very honest, dependable, and will not try to do anything that is not needed. Josiah is a young gentleman who came to my house within an hour and stayed here for three hours to make sure my AC unit was working. He is very amazing and also his supervisor Cody that he consulted with during the fixing process . We greatly appreciate them, highly recommend them, I would never consult with a different AC company besides them. God bless them and honesty is the best policy. What Josiah did for our family and also Cody is extremely appreciated.

roofing company im trying to get with but i work a complete different company

They owe me thousands of dollars and the only response I get is that they will pay it eventually. Ridiculous

Spent $92,280 on a roof and AC job. Upon the initial proposal in November of 2021 they wanted an additional $8274 for wet insulation and gutters(ended up getting gutters installed from another company for only $300) after I paid the full proposed amount. I spoke to Maintenx multiple times to make sure water does not run off the roof all over the pavement in which they verbally agreed was not a problem. It's unfortunate as I was recommended this company originally through a family friend and gave their VP Derrick Barwick the full amount check in trust of him and Maintenx before the project was even finished. Based on my experience I would not recommend this company to anyone and should've went with my original contractor as I was quoted a lot better price but only went with Maintenx due to the false recommendation.

Had some wiring and outlet issues that were well beyond my means to fix. Fortunately And Services was able to get someone to my house same day and Mike (dispatch) kept me informed the entire time until the technician arrived. When Andrei N arrived he got right to work and quickly troubleshot and repaired the problem. He kept me informed on what he was doing and what that will do which helped me understand what was wrong. Andrei then gave me several options to consider purchasing without being pushy and how those products can help protect my electronics, breaker, HVAC etc. I’ll definitely be adding some of that. Overall was faster, and less expensive than I expected with superior customer service.

A leaking faucet installed by another company (Acree Plumbing) became a major issue for me. Not having full use of my kitchen sink during Thanksgiving (no hot water) and under the sink being flooded whenever I turned on the cold water water. I called And Services who came to access what I needed then gave me a quote $1299. I'm a widowed, elderly female with no knowledge of the cost for fixtures, at that point I was desperate and frustrated! I paid their price for the fixture you see. After installation I researched prices and found the same faucet at Home Depot far less than I paid. For a 45 minute job plus parts I feel is overpriced. They solved my problem but look at the cost!🙁

I have to say And Services made things right. Their plumber Diego is amazing! He was polite professional and really knew his stuff. He got us all squared away in short order.

I had two different teams that came to work at my house. Team one was a plumbing job with Julian and Joey, putting in new pipes in my bathroom, then scaling and sealing the existing pipes. They had a difficult task with no attic to use but came up with a good plan and executed it perfectly, they did an awesome job. Team two was the drywall job with James and Odie to drywall my kitchen ceiling and wall where there were cutouts from the plumbing team. Once they sealed, textured and sanded both areas they painted everything. They did such a great job you can’t even tell there were ever any holes in the wall or ceiling. Everyone was prompt, friendly, respectful, they were very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I am very happy with the results and will definitely use this company again and again. Also thanks to Chris who setup this whole project and Zak for overseeing that I was happy with the progress.

We were referred to AND by neighbors in Mainlands Pinellas Park..so we had a
Service call to ck our Rheems water heater. Your man Josh came out & examined the tank finding the exact
spot of leak..rust..& a breakthru'. He was

My heat stopped working over the weekend and called AC Service in Tampa on Friday afternoon and explained the issue. They asked if I needed them to come out immediately and I opted for the first service appointment on Monday. Jeff arrived on Monday morning and immediately determined what the issue was. He provided me a quote that I determined was reasonable and he had the unit up and working within 30 minutes. Jeff explained what needed to be done. Once he was finished he recommended that the HVAC unit be serviced at least twice a year. Jeff’s professionalism and ability to explain in layman’s terns what needed to be done and how to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Because his quality of work, I made the decision to have AC Service to come out and perform the necessary maintenance to stay one step ahead of costly repair. I would highly recommend AC Service and would not hesitate to hire them again.

what' the problem might be and how he's going to go about fixing it. I had 2 air conditioning companies come out here trying to fix the problem, because I was getting no air through the vents.In my home.. I am a senior citizen and also a veteran and was without air conditioning for 2 days. Another air conditioning company charged me for a part that I did not need, and when I went to turn the air conditioning on, there was still no air coming through my vents.Leaving my mobile home at 87 degrees. I called And Services and when Wesley came out he found the problem.It was two wires, not touching, that were not making a connection to the thermostat. A very simple fix. I highly recommend going with And Services if you want the job done right. Thank you again And Services and the great ac tech Wesley... You are truly appreciated.

Called And Services the other day because I had a leak on the shutoff valve on the outside of the house, Joshua came, gave me a free estimate for the job. Diego came within the hour, broke out the wall did a nice & neat job fixing the pipes & redid the hole in the wall. Because of these two guys I will be calling this company again.
