An efficient, honest, dependable, and skilled A/C company is hard to find. I discovered this company after several glowing reviews from companies and individuals in South Tampa. I have saved thousands of dollars and headaches by working with them over the years. Most recently, I had issues with my system after Hurricane Irma. Jeff showed up within 24 hours and had it fixed by the time I came home from work. His prices are always fair and affordable. I don't have to worry about getting taken advantage of- which happens far too often with AC companies!! Highly recommend

David responded quickly to our call and did an excellent job installing our new A/C and replaced our gas heater. He is very polite and knowledgeable about heating and cooling systems.

I am not one to leave negative reviews very often, but I would like to share my experience with Sierra Enterprises. My parents and I have used them to maintain our gas furnace throughout the years (over 20 years). They even left a sticker "Call Sierra! for maintenance" on it from the last time they were here. Since then my father passed away from cancer. Recently our furnace started to act up a bit (and yes, it is winter!) and I called them on behalf of my elderly mother to schedule a visit. After a short conversation with a woman with whom I didn't feel heard at all when describing the issue, she called us the next morning and left a message stating that she is cancelling the appointment because Dave (I presume she is his wife) only installs new furnaces and doesn't do any maintenance on heating systems that he didn't install himself! So much for paying hundreds of dollars to this business over the years, and for being a loyal customer. My father even kept all the receipts from years past with all the payments... Genuinely saddened and appalled about such treatment in a community of such a small size.

Extremely dishonest employee. They will probably steal from you if given the opportunity.

Jeff at Hensly and Sons has done many jobs for my husband and I. Not only at our homes but also our businesses. He is hard working, reliable and very knowledgeable! I would recommend him to family and friends for sure!

Daniel discovered a bird nest in our exterior vent, something we had no idea about! He got it out safely and showed us photos of what was obstructing the intake. It was frightening to consider how much of that was being drawn into our air system. We can now breathe considerably easier, and I'm delighted we finished this on time.

I booked the cleaning because the vents started blowing weaker, and I thought I’d need a new AC. Turns out the ducts were packed with debris. After the cleaning, the system works like new. The techs were polite and explained what they were doing step by step. Honestly felt like money well spent.
