He arrived at 9:00 AM and worked continuously until 3:00 PM, showing great professionalism, patience, and dedication to getting everything fixed properly. Luis Duarte was here for the initial service call to make sure the hvac system was working properly which he assured me was the case. He was very cordial and helpful in answering my questions giving me a sense of assurance that he has the knowledge and experience to provide excellent service to the system to correct any issues. Very pleased with the initial visit as he represented his company in a positive way.

Anthony came out and changed the dehumidifier and made sure everything with the AC was running as it should. Was great at answering any questions we had as well regarding the unit. Also flexible on schedule and time too.
