I Know a Guy AC, Best Air Conditioning company I’ve ever had! Chad is a great guy and I trust that he’ll be completely honest about any work that needs to be done!! His prices are always fair and his work is done pristine the first time!!

This company is awesome! Chad came out the same day of my call and fixed one AC and prevented problems with two other units. Prompt, professional and courteous. I recommend them highly.

Did an incredible job for a really fair price. Very professional and efficient. Even brought some other issues to my attention outside of HVAC and handled them with no extra charge. Will 100% be using their services again in the future.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I received a call from my wife that our AC wasn’t blowing cold and that the temp inside was over 80. I called multiple places and was told the earliest they could head out was the next day. I was referred to I Know A Guy AC, the owner Chad, said immediately “I’m on my way over now.” Keep in mind this was late in the evening. He recognized the problem promptly and replaced the faulty part. My wife, toddler, and infant had a good night sleep because of his speedy and excellent service. I will recommend this company to anyone.

Folks.. Chad the owner of I know a guy AC and his crew are hands down the best group to handle your HVAC needs. Professional from start to finish. Communication is a solid A+. Their work is top notch, and screams, "These fellows know what they're doing".

I needed all new ac duct work and Chad was AMAZING!! Fast And efficient. Super frendly, and professional, He did a great job, Explained everything that he was doing, Cleaned as he worked. I will definitely be using him in the future. For any other AC work that I need done hands down. One of the most professional companies I have worked with.

Chad saved the day when my A/C wasn't blowing cold. Not only did he seem extremely knowledgeable, but he also got my cold air back very quickly. They hit the trifecta of contractors which is hard to find. They are reliable, do great work and are fairly priced.

"I Know A Guy AC" responded to my service request on Sunday, and scheduled a service call to repair an HVAC problem the next day. The work was done efficiently and professionally as well as quickly by finding a crimped wire that blew a fuse. It took them only 1/2 hour to trouble shoot and fix the problem. Everything is now working properly! "Now that is what I call, Great Service"!

Chad was extremely thorough in helping us ensure that our AC units are performing at their best. We have had our units for almost 10 years and he is helping us get the most use out of them before replacing them and is even contacting the manufacturer of the units to ask them to replace a blower motor and have it covered under warranty. Chad also performed all routine maintenance and changed out the filters for us and he did not have to do that. We were very impressed by the level of communication by Maia at the office prior to the appointment and the follow up with Chad even after our service appt. Would give more than 5 stars if we could! Highly recommend.

Chad is amazing at his work. He contacted us within minutes and was able to come check out the AC unit within a half hour. He checked everything, went above & beyond to ensure the issue was resolved. He didn't rush through the job and explained what he was doing.

Chad replaced a mini split in my workshop. He was quick, clean, and efficient. He had to go on the roof of a shed that wasn't there when the original one was installed, and he had no issues getting the job done. His price was very, very good.
My nephew is in the HVAC business and he recommended Chad. For me, that's the best recommendation anyone can get.
As a bonus, Chad has great interpersonal skills, and that makes it much easier to understand the job he's going to do.
