I Know A Guy AC service have fair prices and competent technicians. I used them for installation of a new HVAC system at our condo and for service at our house. They come when they say they are coming and have a great app they use where you can see their location and know exactly when they will be there. After they serviced my unit at my house, something was still not working and they came right back and fixed the problem quickly. One of the owners called me and assured me they would make it right and they did! Highly recommend!

Chad came out to my house, and did a great job getting my air conditioner working perfectly. He was on time, professional and explained everything to me that was being done. I appreciate his patience and honesty! You can't go wrong with this business! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this A/C company. They were able to quickly get someone out to my house and they have competitive prices. My guy Vidal was extremely knowledgable with A/C systems and did an excellent job troubleshooting/fixing my unique A/C issue. He had great communication skills about scheduling and I will definitely be calling them back for future A/C work.

Awesome service! My AC was working sporadically so I called I Know A Guy AC and Chad was here in 15 min. He not only fixed the issue in my unit but also cleared the shared drain outside of my unit that the HOA is supposed to do. Chad didn’t charge me for the additional work and he helped me understand how to prevent this from happening again. I will be referring anybody with AC issues to I Know A Guy AC from here on out!

I’m honestly blown away by this company. They’ve fit me in same day twice during the summer and the service men have been extremely kind knowledgeable and professional. The communication has also been amazing when booking. I feel like it’s unusual to get service like that these days especially at reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Amazing....as scheduled 8 a.m. two trucks..4 techs...jump out of the truck and the whirlwind started.....everyone knew their job and there was no confusion whatsoever. This was a difficult attic installation and not an easy job. Thanks.. I have 4 more houses to install new units...guess who I am calling?

They came out to check on my new AC as part of their installment plan.
They asked to set up an appointment and came out without me having to call them!
They found a few issues, fixed them and charged nothing.
I’ve found service like that to be extremely rare!
