Easily the best supply house in the area for commercial and industrial technicians. They have lots of generic hard parts as well as York and Daikin chiller parts in stock. I can not speak to their effectiveness for residential equipment supplies.

Worst supply house in Florida. They are independently owned and the worst johnstone franchise I've ever been to. My company has an account with them. They refused to sell to my tech cause he couldn't provide his contractors license. We have 40 employees. I can't send every tech around with a copy of our license because one supply house wants to see it. I am cancelling my account and will never shop here again. Highly recommend everyone else use a better supplier. I never have this kind of trouble at baker, United, carrier, re Michel. There's so many options why would I continue to shop here. When I called in to complain I was put on hold and spoke to several people. No one was of any help. I'm going to contact johnstone corporate and figure out what can be done. This branch does not act like a johnstone. I will just take our money elsewhere.
