The technicians were incredibly thorough, using cameras to show us the buildup of dust and allergens. They took the time to explain the process and were very respectful of our home, laying down drop cloths and wearing shoe covers. Our HVAC system is running quieter and more efficiently already. It’s a relief to know the air our family is breathing is clean.

I was impressed by how thorough the entire process was. They didn’t cut corners and made sure every part of the system was addressed. My HVAC system seems to be running more efficiently now, and I’ve already noticed a difference in how evenly the house cools.

I had a compressor fan motor go bad on Memorial Day at 8:30PM. I called the on call tech and he let me know that the part was not available until the morning. He called back at 10:15 and let me know that they would be there at 7:30 the next morning. Stephen did a great job,did it quickly, was very courteous, and knowledgeable. He id exactly what they said they would and when they would with no hassles. Very fairly priced. I highly recommend this company.

The team at Howard Services are superior! Always professional, polite and on time. They always answer the phone (no talking to a machine to have them call you back). And most importantly, they do the job right, the first time. We had an issue with our system, every time we switched from heat to cool, a breaker blew.
