UPDATE: 2026/02/12 - We've continued to use Home Therapist with one of their "Therapy Maintenance Plans" since initial work in 2023 and are very satisfied with the level of work and communication. Alejandro serviced both ACs and our tankless water heater today and was very pleasant to work with. He arrived within the scheduled window, was very friendly, and made sure the are was clean after completion. Thank you for the professionalism!

AC Therapist did a great job from start to finish. We had concerns about the poor attic insulation in our new to us 104 year old home and the poor airflow in a certain section of the house. The phone representative was very professional and was able to schedule an inspection the same day. The inspector was very friendly and knowledgable and walked me through multiple scenarios to solve our HVAC problems. The installation crew confirmed the appointment early in the morning, showed up on time, were wearing company uniforms, and were very professional and courteous. Even though it was a very rainy day when they arrived, they did a great job ensuring they did not track mud & water throughout our home. All of the required work was performed exceptionally and the crew did a great job ensuring the home was clean before they left. I also really appreciated the great communication from the office staff, the estimator (who I contacted several times with questions), and the installation crew. I highly recommend AC Therapist and plan to continue using them in the future.

I am appreciative and happy to report a year’s worth of positive experiences with your company. Staff responses were on time, from caring staff , beginning with Elena who routs calls to Boris, and Samuel to name but a few of the staff. Boris was unfailingly available with consultation from immediate post Hurricane Helene issues like removals of toilets & water heater and coordinating with FEMA & insurance schedules up to the present when I am finally back in my condo after 13 months. I have no hesitation calling in the future.

My A/C went out and Stephen came out to look at it. He was able to troubleshoot and resolve it within an hour. Feels good to have A/C back! It turns out my thermostat went bad on me and just needed replacing. I will definitely go back with them for future AC work!

We had a really positive experience with Home Therapist. We were away from the house and in a time sensitive situation but Home Therapist has been really responsive with all of our requests/questions, they were flexible in meeting our needs. They were also very professional in communication. Five star, well deserved.

I’ve been here in Brandon since the 1970s. In that time, I have used a lot of different air-conditioning companies.

In the last 20 years I’ve had five different companies. Including my neighbor across the street. I’ve let some go because they were not responsive, I’ve let a couple go because they were too expensive and treated every service call as a chance to upsell, upsell, upsell. And of course, some just disappeared. That’s annoying.

This company seems different. I found them by calling the Air-Conditioning manufacturer Daiken and asking them what companies in my area have they vetted to work on their equipment. And I picked AC therapy from that list.

Without going into so much detail that this gets too long to read, AC therapy came in very reasonable on the cost especially since their Price quote included blow in insulation and a smart thermometer which the other companies were not offering Their installation crew was top-notch, the quality of work has so far seemed quite good , and their attention to customer service is just right. By just right, I mean they contact you About your appointments and their crew’s work, but not a lot otherwise.

I’m really appreciative of a company that says what it’ll do and then does what it says it would. At a fair price with a low hassle point.

Last thing. Seeing how most trades people these days Have sent a text asking for a review before their technician has even pulled out of the driveway to leave, I had their technicians give me their names so I could make sure they got a proper shout out when that review request came in. They never requested a review, Which I found refreshing, but in this case a little disappointing because I wanted to give that shout out.

My Tech, Barbaro came for my usual 6 monthly maintenance check. He was very thorough, friendly and professional. I have never had an issue with my AC system since they came onboard. Great service as always!

He found the issue and fixed it quickly. He explained the issue and showed me pictures of the fix. The price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

The AC Therapist conducted a complete inspection of my system, they had installed last year, as well as my duct work. System is working as it should and has kept us cool during these Florida summers. I’ve had multiple plumbers come to my house and charge a fee, but did not resolve the issue. The tech came out today, found the clean out, that none of the others did, snaked the main line and solved the issue in less than an hour. He got straight to the point, and made sure it was resolved before he left. I couldn’t thank you enough, considering all that we’ve been through for months and nobody seemed to know how to resolve it. I would give more than 5 stars if I could, especially because they made it known if the issue wasn’t resolved they wouldn’t charge. It was at a reasonable price, as well.
