Barbaro is my technician from Home Therapy. This is the second time he has serviced my a.c. He is very thorough and takes his time to do everything right and with care. He shows great respect for your property and I am impressed on what a good job he does servicing my a.c. Home Therapy is a very good company to work with .

We contacted several plumbing companies asking for quotes to remove an old bidet toilet and install a new one, and included photos of both toilets to help with the quote process. We received an immediate response and also a quote. Excellent response time via email and text, also an appointment to do the work within 48 hours of the initial call. The technician arrived when promised, was knowledgeable and personable. He also covered his shoes in our home. He did the job quickly and efficiently, and the invoice came in under the quote. We will absolutely use Home Therapist for all our HVAC and plumbing needs going forward!

The Home Therapist Cooling, Heating, and Plumbing team did an excellent job when I needed my water heater replaced. Their price is very reasonable, the quality of the work is excellent and the technician very friendly, professional and detail oriented. I'd recommend them any time.

Samuel and Alberto were the technician who came and did all the work. Very reliable, responsive and gave me accurate estimate, what the most important - the work was done exactly when they said so.
I had a complex job. I had them come out multiple times to make sure I got the correct estimate. Alex and Boris, who I talked to from the office were very professional! I got all my questions answered and never felt rushed. They always do phenomenal job to send you help as soon as possible so you don’t have to wait weeks.

I’ve only had wonderful experience with them, would definitely recommend and will 100% call them before researching for any other company.

This company has been doing work for me for five years! The owner Richard came and personally supervised the removal of the old insulation in our attic and removed the old ductwork. Then, they put in all new ductwork and blown in insulation. They’ve taken our split unit inside completely out and thoroughly cleaned it, along with a couple repairs. They unstopped an old drain line. They’ve also done numerous tune ups! In fact Barbaro Gonzalez just came out on 1/28 and did a tune up. He was very nice and responded to all questions! I trust this company! And, thry haven’t try to sell me something I don’t need! I highly recommend this company!

Told them my system works for a few hours after I reset it, then stops, so Ive been resetting it every few hours. So of course they reset it and tell me it’s good to go and charge me $250 (because that’s the lowest he can charge)and exactly nothing changed. Said just let us know if it didn’t work and now no reply. Now I remember why I stopped using them years ago.

I received a cold text message from Home Therapist and I actually responded. They got me scheduled quickly and with great communication throughout the process. They did exactly what they said and honored the promotional price they offered. My technician Alejandro was punctual, professional, and a pleasure to speak with. Coming in with low expectations, the entire process turned out to be fantastic. Would definitely do business with them again in the future.

Amazing service from start to finish. My AC system completely stopped working, and they were able to come out the same day, which was a huge relief. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly before getting started. The issue was fixed quickly and efficiently, and my AC has been running perfectly since. It’s hard to find reliable, honest service these days, but this company absolutely delivered. I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC repair!

As an engineer/fabricator/assembler, I have high standards from my contractors. This guy Sam, he fulfilled all my requests and installation needs. He took pride of his work, and left me with a smile. Price was fair and the time for the installation was fast; I didn’t waste my whole Saturday. The only that I don’t like is that they provide only 1 month labor warranty while other companies offered 1 year. Now I can enjoy my new hybrid water heater.

I had a great experience with Alejandro from Home Therapist Cooling, Heating, and Plumbing. He repaired two toilets and installed the water line to my new refrigerator after the delivery team refused to connect it due to the existing plastic line.

Alejandro truly went the extra mile; he cut down the long, pre-existing bolts on one of the toilets that were sticking up on both sides and even found covers to finish it off properly. He took photos throughout the process, kept me informed every step of the way, and was extremely professional and detail-oriented.

Excellent workmanship, great communication, and someone I’d absolutely call again. Highly recommended.

Used these guys before. The good new is, the Daikin equipment is great. Super quiet, efficient, intelligent. THE INSTALLATION WAS REALLY BAD! Owner: Installation should last 6 hours. My wife has Parkinson’s and was recovering from a heart procedure so we wanted a smooth install. Reality closer to 9, but ok. It didn’t help that one of the workers stepped through the ceiling while he was in the attic! But, stuff happens. Next day guy shows up to repair the ceiling, and destroys the bathroom/bedroom trying to repair the drywall. Demo all over the floor with no drop cloth. (Pic) He tries to dry the joint compound with a heat gun, blowing dust literally all over the house. 5 hours to clean up. Dust all over medications, contact lenses, sinks, linens, clothes, bedding. Puppy is carrying around drywall nails (pic) Utter catastrophe. Owner: Riccardo had a bad day. No, my wife was in tears, she had a bad day. I finished drywall and painted the ceiling. Called owner, ready for permit inspection. Owner: have personal issues can’t do it now. 6 weeks later called them again for inspection. Inspector comes out. Did not pass. Breaker is too small, hurricane pad improperly installed (pic), and worst of all, The ducting had separated from the air handler (pic). For 6 weeks we were air-conditioning the attic. No wonder the electric bill was still high! Crew comes back out, fixes issues, inspection passes. Total catastrophe. Tip: permits are in your best interest. Owner: we had some “hiccups”. Texted owner to discuss problems. Owner: yeah give me a call sometime. One month, no call. He’s hoping I don’t write this review. No compensation, no apology. Needless to say, cannot recommend. EDIT: called the office on 1/5/26. no call back. Obviously the "sympathetic" response below is bs.

Regular A/C maintenance 6 month inspection. On time, polite and very professional as always. Nuccio has always been very reliable.
On 02/23/2024 I had Nuccio repair technician come for a heat pump problem. The technician arrived on time and we went through all the necessary equipment and breakers. Then we went outside to the heat pump and found the problem and replaced the part. He also checked out the AC unit and all was good. Mr Martinez was very thorough and explained everything he did and why.

This place is unprofessional and very rude. I am an ac tech and was doing a service call on a system this company installed, as I looked up customers warranty, nuccio only registered their equipment for 5 year warranty when it's supposed to be for 10 years. I called to get some info and pat wouldn't come to the phone and the secretary was not helpful and rude telling me to call manufacturer. I called manufacturer and they did not know why this company only registered customer for 5 year. I know why. They do that so they can get more $$ out of customers for repairs. Very bad business and shady.

Perfect! On time and I knew who was coming (the Seal notification) He spent the time needed to service my AC unit. Best of all, Nuccio does not up-sell unless the service/parts are needed. Just Perfect

My AC went down and it was 92 degrees outside. I called Nuccio and was scheduled for less than 24 hours out. Technician fixed it in less that an hour and the bill was only the service call because it was a simple fix. I have done business for decades with them and they have always been excellent. It is cool to be them.

Feel very lucky to have found this company years ago. They are very good at what they do and can be trusted to be professional, timely, and thorough. Every service technician I have dealt with has been a shining example of what you hope to find when needing help.

I was so happy with the great service I received this weekend. I called Sunday AM when my A/C wasn’t working. Jacob Vargas arrived shortly after noon and in just a few minutes he identified and repaired the problem. Much to my delight, there was no service call charge as I had had annual maintenance done less than 30 days ago. In addition, I received a 15% discount. I had expected extra charges for weekend work, so this was a pleasant surprise. I have been a customer of Nuccio for over 25 years and have always been happy with your service, but this was the icing on the cake. Thank you!

Always a pleasure dealing with office to set up appointments. Jacob, the tech, did a thorough job trying to diagnose the problem. He explained the problem and the possible solutions. I was very happy with this company and continue to use them for my a/c and heating needs.

Work performed was fine, pricing was outrageous.

$115 diagnostic fee, and then $580 to replace a motor on a 1 year old Trane unit installed by them. Installation took about 15 minutes, so about 2,000/hour for an AC tech.

Do not recommend.
