Our AC started giving us problems. We’ve been a customer of a competitive company for 16 years. The price we were provided from the competitor was over 30% higher than the initial quote from Nuccio. Due to the 3 week backlog with Nuccio I looked at other companies. All quoted me near that 30% higher price but could do it sooner. We elected to sign with Nuccio. They completed the job on the date that was committed to. We will be switching our regular service to Nuccio moving forward.

Exceptional expert service. Nuccio Air Conditioning Service has been my preferred A/C service provider for the past 23 years. The expert technicians are always clean, courteous, and always arrive on time. In addition the emergency same day service is excellent.

Paul arrived as scheduled. He is one of the most polite, efficient and thorough Servicemen I have met! He represented the Nuccio company very well! We look forward to seeing him at the next service!

Our last AC check (6/07/2024) was done by Ronald Nunez. He is a superior professional who did a fine job with our equipment. He is very thorough, very polite, very knowledgeable, very forthright and very patient with my many questions. We would love to have him do all of our A/C service in the future, if possible. He took photos of our unit as he went along with his work and allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed. I hated to put him into our very hot attic, but that's where our air handler and other equipment are. He never complained. He must enjoy his work because he does it so well and so completely. We can only hope that your other technicians share Ronald's work ethic; he is the finest!

Nuccio Heating & AC have installed all our AC units, duct work, and provide maintenance for our home for over 20 years. They have always provided the best in service and delivered on their promises at what we feel were fair prices. Ronald who just performed our preventative maintenance has done so for several years now and knows not only our system, but us and our pets and always treats us with courtesy and professionalism. When the job is completed we always feel like our system is in the best operating condition and if there were any issues they have been promptly remedied.

As always, the service was very thorough and professional. The gentleman was friendly and courteous. He was mindful of my home and took care to clean up and replace anything he had to move. Nuccio has serviced my air conditioner for several years and I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Cecil came out for routine maintenance readiness for summer. Took me outside and educated me on the compressor, lines and operation , as well we discovered the pressure readings were way off . Come to find out the door covering the filter had popped off . Cecil repaired and even took the time to set it so it could be easily opened and closed for replacing filters without worry of it falling off again. Further he identified a potential problem should lines back up ..Our system is pre current code and only had a single sensor for detecting backup of condensation. Offered to install a secondary and more protective unit to ensure we never run into water leaking into our ceiling (system is in attic) . Very professional , accomodating and personable . Highly recommend him as well as the company ..They have always done right by their services and professionalism ..thanks Cecil and Nuccio for making this painless..

Professionals! A complete new central A/C system was installed last summer and we were given a free six month checkup. Ronald was at our house on time, very polite and respectful of our home. He did a full check over 45 minutes and gave us a summary of what was done and recommended things we should do to keep the system in good working order. Ronald is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We are very happy with all of our interactions with Nuccio. It's a well-managed business.

Nuccio is an outstanding AC company. When our AC stopped working, I called and they were able to have someone at my house within an hour. Unfortunately, I needed a new coil and, because they could get one quickly, it was installed 2 days later. Many thanks to James Nelson for his excellent work and caring attitude.

Vicki from Nuccio reached out to me several times over the weekend. Had a tech help me troubleshoot over the phone and had to schedule a tech to come Sunday. Eric was timely, explained everything and had our system up and running very quickly. Highly recommend Nuccio.

Nuccio is great. They diagnosed our problem, ordered the part and scheduled a service call. They showed up when they said they would be there, installed the part and charged a FAIR price. I use them all the time and would recommend them without hesitation.

Service Tech Paul showed up on day as expected. Paul was very friendly. His work was great. This was the second time I used Nuccio Heat and Air. The first time the Tech Pearson was also friendly and fixed the issue. I highly recommend this company and will call for their services again should the need arise in the future. As part of a maintenance contract Matthew was sent over to perform a very thorough inspection of our air conditioner. He definitely is a very good representative for Nuccio. Courteous, knowledgeable, and explained everything he did. I will continue to request him in the future.

I have been using Nuccio for two homes for the last 25 years. I appreciate consistency with having the same service tech. In all that time I have had one tech for 20 years, One tech for 2 years, and my current service tech Eric for 4 years. Eric is consistent, meticulous and always shares good service advice with each visit. Scheduling is always a breeze with Vickie. Appointments are always on time and plenty of updates between scheduling and service visit.

The Nuccio team that came to replace my 17 year old A/C unit was outstanding! The professionalism, the cleanliness, the workmanship were all off the charts positive. Our unit was in the attic and access was through the master bedroom closet. After they were done, I couldn't even tell they were there in the first place.

From Victoria in scheduling, who went above and beyond to get to us as fast as possible, to our technician, Raciel, Nuccio was awesome to work with. Raciel was friendly, professional, walked us through everything and was very informative. We received very thorough documentation and invoicing and education to prevent unnecessary wear and tear. He got us up and cooling, which is always great in Florida, but this company clearly strives for great customer service and it really shows with the smiles and positivity their employees share with customers. Paul Jimenez did a fantastic job on my A/C. He did a great job cleaning the system out and my A/C works so much better now. He was very courteous and professional and explained everything he did and why he did it. Nuccio has great technicians working for them. I’m very satisfied with their service.

I was having ac issues and called Nuccio. An appointment was scheduled quickly and the tech James N. arrived on time. He diagnosed the issue and explained what needed to be done. The work was completed quickly and my ac is back to working great. We have been using Nuccio for years and will continue to do so.

I also had to replace a unit. The team showed up on time, were friendly, efficient and had everything removed in replaced in a couple of hours. They did a great job.

Yesterday, Alyssa Lopez completed our HVAC maintenance and I must say she is by far the best employee Nuccio H&A could have ever hired! She worked diligently and thoroughly on our system and willingly and easily answered any questions we had regarding our unit's output. She is a professional who knows her stuff and I trust her completely! Kudos to Alyssa and Nuccio for providing excellent service!!!

Nuccio installed our current HVAC system. We have had to have a couple service calls and they have been great communicators and were always on time with prices that seem fair and honest. Thanks Frank for getting to the bottom of our problem this week. It's working great now.
