I have used Nuccio from day one 19 years ago when we moved into our new villa. Being new in the area we were not familiar with any of the local A/C companies. Figured why not try the people who installed all the A/C's in our development? Worked out great for us. We even opted for the 10-year extended warranty. Throughout the years we needed service just a couple of times. They were fast and all the techs immediately knew and fixed the problem. We religiously have them out for a yearly maintenance service. All the techs have been very thorough and keep our system humming perfectly. I can confidently recommend this company for all your A/C needs.

Nuccio has always done a great job for us. They installed a new unit and we signed up for their maintenance plan. They always remind us when it is time to have our service and the technicians (Ron was our Technician today. He was very prompt and friendly and did a great job) have been great. I highly recommend Nuccio!

We have done business with Nuccio since installation of our new unit back in 2014, also keeping up a maintenance contract with them. We are never disappointed with either the product or the service. Most recently, Raciel serviced our unit and installed a new blower. He kept in touch regarding when he would arrive, he was a very polite and knowledgeable young (by our standards anyway) man and it was a pleasure to continue doing business with Nuccio.

I want to recognize Raciel for the fantastic job he did replacing my evaporator coil. Beginning with the initial service call, he quickly identified the issue and explained the next steps to fix it. During the installation, he was professional, knowledgeable and respectful of my time and my home. I am extremely happy with his service. My overall experience with Nuccio was great and will continue to use them for ongoing maintenance and future needs

Alyssa was our tech from Nuccio. She was great! She was on time, friendly, and efficient. Alyssa reviewed with us the process she was going to follow and executed it while we went on with our daily work around the house. When she was done, she walked us through what she saw with the system and what she did to ensure it continued to operate efficiently. We're very happy with the Nuccio team!

I called this company because I have used them in the past, but this is the first time that I got a person named Victoria on the phone that was attempting to take my information. She asked for the same information four times in a row, and she did this again with the two other questions. It literally took her asking me 12 times to get something that would’ve taken anybody else three times. She seems to have either an OCD issue or some kind of communication problems And gets very easily agitated and antagonistic. When I simply suggested she might want to simply write down the information. she was exhausting with her redundance, She was rude and disrespectful and I wanna let the owners know she’s hurting your business. This person is a disrespectful, and an Emotionally, immature person. I will no longer do business with this company specifically because of her. I strongly suggest you get your phone calls recorded so you can keep track of what she’s doing In addition, I have 12 rentals and have never had an issue like this before with a service company.

When we realized we had a problem with our air conditioner it was after regular office hours. We called Nuccio Air Conditioning to leave a message and request a call back the next morning. To our surprise, a Nuccio AC representative called back within 20 minutes and schuled a service call for first thing the next morning.
Justin Cook arrived on time the next morning. He was friendly, professional and, most importantly very knowledgeable. In a short time, he investigated our system and identified the problem. He made the necessary adjustments and got our air conditioner up and running. Justin is an excellent representative for Nuccio Air Conditioning & Heating.
Over the years, Nuccio AC has handled all the maintenance and service on our air conditioner. Everyone we have dealt at the company has been friendly and helpful. Mr. Nuccio can be proud of the team he has assembled.

Thank you to George, Rafael, & Ariel who were very courteous. Very professional and helpful in instructing us how to work the Smart Thermostats. As well as with monthly maintenance of the drain. They were punctual also.

Company had five fleet vechiles installing all new duct work and new air conditioning unit in my neighbors home. They dropped screws of which two found their way into my and my neighbors tires. When I contacted them their agent, Ms Acevedo, did nothing and denied it was them. I have video cameras that show their trucks and crews working outside.

I spent over a hour sweeping up and picking up screws. They made good money I'm sure on their work but did not clean up after themselves and paid only lip service to me when I brought it to their attention.

For this reason alone I would never consider this company. If this is the way the treat a public street I wouldn't want to see how they treat the interior of a home no less the equipment they install.

Response: Yes you did deny it and not only once but two times (chat screenshots attached). Also, it was not a job site it was a home and residential neighborhood. Your approach needs to change.

Nuccio installed our new AC system a year ago. Our old system was a mess. They did a great job, fast, clean and efficient and at a good price! We have had them do maintenance servicing twice since the installation and they are great! They techs take their time and go the extra mile to make sure he system is kept up and humming along nicely. We are extremely happy with their service and will not go anywhere else!

From start to finish, this company has been outstanding. As a business, being without air conditioning is challenging, but they resolved the issue immediately. Every member of their team—from the person who answered the phone to each technician—was professional, friendly, and efficient.

Their customer service is absolutely fantastic. I had an issue and they were able to send someone out immediately. The last service technician that I had was absolutely fantastic and so knowledgeable walked me through everything and explained everything thoroughly with the unit so I would understand. Raciel was fantastic !

Deondrade Stewart performed maintenance on our air conditioning system for both inside and outside units. He did an exceptional job on all aspects of the work.

The guys Nuccio A/C not only replaced our failed a/c but also fixed some issues we had had with our system for years. They were quite professional, tidy, and accommodating to get us the new system in the middle of June in 90 plus degree weather. So, we thank them and recommend them for their good service.

My system broke pre-maturely after a recent install and Nuccio accommodated me with a new part ASAP and covered the cost considering the system was recently stall. Great customer service.

Not a great experience this go round. Had a second unit installed in my home. Unit came broken, and they fixed it a few days later. My bigger issue is with Daniel H. He made promises for my job and did not follow through. Completely ignored any calls or emails after I paid my bill, with promised work not completed. If you have to deal with Daniel H, I hope your luck is better than mine and he actually respects you as a customer that’s spent thousands of dollars with them in just the last year.

Nuccio has been excellent to work with. We have had there units and service for 15 years. We have their service twice a year and just replaced our second 5 ton unit. They make the service, sales and installation process all easy. Excellent techs!! They show exactly when they say they will. They send details on the techs coming and quality check work.

The guys did a great job with the installation. They were on time and worked efficiently and quickly. The whole job took a little over 5 hours which included the condenser outside and the inside closet unit. No negative comments at all.

From the start of my experience, Justin was responsive on time and informative. Day of installation the installers were on time, courteous, helpful, and friendly. Post installation there was an adjustment needed to the gas line and the service tech who came out was tremendous! Raciel was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and went the extra mile to re-optimize the system’s performance which was above the service call requirements.

Installing a UV light in my HVAC system has improved our indoor air quality. No more odors or dust issues! Their team did a great job explaining the benefits.
