Hector and Blayse were both amazing! We were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and overall service. They were fast, focused, and determined to get the AC functioning properly. They were on time and very knowledgeable about my AC system. They were clear about their responsibilities, patiently answered any questions, and took the time to ensure we understood the condition of our unit. I highly recommend their services.

Hector & Blaze came and did an awesome job! They were very thorough with their work and made sure that my a/c was working very efficiently. I’ve been staying in my home over 8 years and this is the coldest it has ever been I am very proud of their service!

Emilio came out to address our broken AC which was urgent in August especially with small children. He thoroughly evaluated the situation and had us fixed within an hour. Highly recommend their service!

The whole team very professional and nice. Job well done by the entire team, installed a new ac re did duct work all over. Fair price much better than other 2, 1/2 the price as another and in online with 2 other quotes. A shout out to Hector and Blaze that did duct work. The installer good also. Great team came to my home.

Taking phone calls, sending diagrams, and helped us walk through, turn on our a.c... during a final walk-through before a closing, he came and clean the drain!

An amazing company. We had to replace our AC and they offered us a great system at a reasonable price, much better than others.

The installers were professional, courteous, and did a really great job -and we are very particular in how a job is done in our house.

This is our second time using Budget Heating & Air for our own home as well as our son's home. They deliver much quicker than expected, the delivery process is simple, reliable and both times there was no damage to the units we ordered. The staff at Budget is very helpful and provide excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fair pricing, fast shipping and extremely knowledgeable folks. Wasn't exactly sure of what I needed to get all the parts for a 5 ton split system, but they put together a package for me that had it all to complete the job in one order. You will never get service like that at the "big box" stores. Thanks Budget heating & Air.

Budget heating and air is a great choice for your heating and air needs. They’re the cheapest price I could find locally or online shipped to my door(not just a dock). The transaction was all together smooth. From ordering, shipping, to delivery. Everything was as it says it would be. No hidden fees, or the run around. I even received a call from a sales rep (a real person) to make sure I had indeed ordered the unit I specifically needed. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love my unit and everyone my brother and I have spoken to have been very courteous and helpful on any questions we had. The price was very reasonable for what I received. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the problem we had with the delivery of the unit. There were a few problems there … but when it was delivered, the man was very nice and the problems we had was out of his control. Again, I am very pleased with my new Heat/AC unit. Your patience and expertise is appreciated. Happy Holidays to all.

This rip off company takes every shortcut possible, they have no morals and do the shodiest AC work imaginable. I feel sorry for anyone who had the mispleasure of using this company. If you did use them check , and see if they pulled a permit.
I believe you will find they didn't.
Anyone wanting to take legal action against these crooks please contact the BBB.

Took longer to receive than I expected. But we did receive in good condition.
Will be installing immediately. As this product is difficult to find I am very happy to get it. The Customer service person I spoke with was very helpful & pleasant to deal with. That is nice today.

Great company to deal with. They called ahead before order was shipped to verify all items ordered. I have referred some friends and family to this company already if they need any HVAC needs. Juan was great and I thank all who was involved in the ordering process.

Would give zero stars if I could. They state open to public but don't cater to retail sales in any way. I have never seen more paperwork used in any business, let alone a simple hvac parts company. I guess I know why there is a 10% restocking fee to cover the excessive policy and procedures. Be warned if you decide you want to stay local and try to keep money in the local economy. I'll be ordering the parts online with free shipping going forward.

Very interesting alternative take on the actual events below. I was the only customer in the room for 20 minutes waiting on paperwork and a refund. A person did contact me to apologize and to refund the 10% fee. Over a week now and I still have no refund. Interesting that he asked I take this review down during the call, and he would refund me in return. Your interests in my experience at a restaurant is strange, out of place, and seems retaliatory. I guess this is the true sign of the business you run 👏

Prices were less than local even with shipping costs. Large selection. Ordered at night and call the next morning to ask about shipping time. They sent me to Mike because he was pulling my order together and wanted to talk to me to make sure we had everything right. I had left something off and he added it. Delivery came as expected and everything but it's as good or better than I expected.

Budget was recommended by my a/c guy. They were very knowledgeable and professional on the phone. The price for the complete 4 ton unit was very reasonable from what I've heard friends and neighbors paid. The delivery was right on time and most importantly, no damage.

I placed an order for a downflow kit so I could install my new unit. They waited a week only to call me and ask for more money saying their vendor was charging them more and that my order was on hold until I paid. Seriously? They said they couldn't afford to "eat" the $20 more. They could care less about the week I just lost by depending on them. That is a first for me. I have never been called and asked for more money after placing an online order. Needless to say, I canceled the order. The only good thing I have to say about Budget is they did give a prompt refund.

while they had the capacitor I needed today, it was a whopping $75 plus tax. There are at least 10 brands of the exact same size on Amazon for $18 to $20 plus tax. Quite the markup for the 1 day convenience.

Replaced with a new one for $18 from Amazon 1 day delivery, working fine. I'll amend this if it doesn't last
