Ordered a defrost control board for 300$ only for it to not be what was pictured in the listing, and after calling for 3 weeks, leaving several voicemails, and being told I would receive an email with instructions on how to return it, I received nothing until I called back for the 7th time and was told that it can't be returned since it's an electronic device. I understand that the policy states as such, but that information not being anywhere on the online listing, in the email confirmation, or sometime during checkout is insane. The part is still exactly as I received it.

I purchased an evaporator coil and it was very poorly packed, and the metal shield which covers the top of the coil was not installed, resulting in a lot of damage to the fins on the top of the coil. It was also missing the plastic brackets which hold the metal shield on the coil. I had to salvage the brackets from my old coil to use on the new coil. And I had to pay $400 for shipping!

Budget Heating & Air Conditioning shipped the item the next day and the package arrived shortly after that. The product Budget Heating supplied was used by my local A/C technician to stop a leak, at least temporarily, in a 16 year-old 2.5 ton 410a system and recharge the refrigerant about half-way using the all-in-one kit that came with it. The machine is running smoother and quieter after the leak stop and charge was added. My technician was able to add another 1.5 pounds from there and since then the charge is holding strong. He'll come back toward the end of the season to check for any remaining leaks and fine-tune the charge for efficiency purpose. Recieved my 3.5 ton Goodman heat pump system delivery was first class. System was packaged perfectly would recommend this business to everyone.

Everything was exactly as advertised. Was installed with no problems. Works fine. Office staff were helpful, warehouse workers, too. There was some damage to the bottom brace most likely caused by the forklift but it didn't affect the units overall effectiveness, this is why I gave four stars, however. I'd use Budget Heating & Cooling again. I'd just check the equipment in the yard more thoroughly though.

I ordered Goodman AC heat pump and handler online with Mike. Product arrived from TPA to Pittsburgh area in four days on a lift gate. Incredibly easy process and a awesome deal. I did have an error with order on my end and the team at Budget went above and beyond to help me correct my order. I will use Budget in the future. A+ service and product from Pittsburgh PA. These people uses bait and switch tactic . What they show you on the your screen is not what you receive. Stay away if you don't want this trouble. very deceiving, after that they think they can talk their way out of it. They are not worthy you can do better.

Honest, reliable, courtesy, experienced, and fairly priced. I have used REM for the past 3 years and they have been wonderful. They have always been extremely responsive to phone calls even when we had a Sunday emergency. Most importantly our repair person (Chris) has been a pleasure to have in our home. He is excellent at what he does and is an all around great person. I highly recommend this company for their AC service and installation.

Bobby came out to service my ac next day and was extremely helpful. Company seems top notch and didn’t appear to be like the other ac companies that always try to upsell you.

They are more expensive than other companies but at least they come by fairly quickly, are friendly and also don’t peddle for other items.

We were very impressed with the caring treatment from the company owner right through to the quick work and knowledgeable repairs provided by Christian, Ben and Jack. The company we had a service contract with could not come by to replace a clogged drain line for two days, while we had to stay in a hotel with our special needs child and board our dog to avoid the heat. On the second day in the hotel, we decided to call REM who came right out same day and took care of everything, getting the house cool again within a few hours! Wish we had our maintenance agreement through them to begin with. Highly recommend!!
