Chris is the best!!! Our AC stopped working and they were so responsive even on an early Saturday morning. He came out asap. He replaced the blower and it was up and running in no time. Greatly appreciate the responsiveness and services!!

First off All the Employees were very Polite and Meticulous. You Know how everyone gets a little apprehensive & nervous when you need home repairs and replacements. There are always so many companies to choose from and so many decisions to be made. It can be a bit intimidating. But right off the bat Chris made my husband and I feel completely comfortable with REM. and our decision to move ahead with this home improvement. The Whole Process was seamless and easy. Thank You to the Whole Staff in office and out for all your Hard work.

My wife and I were in the market for a new AC. We did our due diligence and got various quotes. These current times can be difficult but that doesn’t mean you should be taken advantage of. We met with Chris from REM to get a quote. He was very thorough, professional and gave us an excellent quote. He advised us to what we needed and didn’t try to sell us unnecessary accessories. On installation day REM’s crew was scheduled for 8:30 and showed up at 8:15. They were very professional, efficient and organized. They answered any questions I had and explained the process as they were working. I would highly recommend REM. If you’re looking for a new AC give them a call.

Highly recommend REM if you need HVAC services done. Chris Parks was awesome; he was knowledgeable, professional and got the job done fast. I had HVAC maintenance done, and had a “soft start” system installed to help with power flux issues, and he got the job done quickly and professionally. These guys show up when they say they will, and the customer services reps are professional as well. Joe, the owner, is helpful and accommodating, as he spoke with me directly to figure everything out.

Chris is absolutely amazing! He came as fast as we put in the request when our a/c wasn’t working. He answered all our questions, told us what exactly was wrong with our unit and got us back up and running in no time. REM customer service was amazing too getting us a technician to us same day. Highly recommend this company!

Chris @ REM saved me $6,300! Short version: I was told my compressor and thermostat was dead and advised to replace the entire system since it was 10 years old and not worth $2,600 to fix it. I called REM for a second opinion, Chris came to my house within 45 minutes of the call and after checking a few things, he said I only needed to replace the thermostat and thats it!

Long Version: I purchased my townhouse 2 weeks ago, the AC wasn't working after a power outage and the thermostat was blank, even with batteries in it. I called a company to check it out and they were able to come out that same day. They customer service was very nice, and the technician seemed to do a thorough job. He check a few things and told me the thermostat was shot. He was able to get the system going but he didn't hear the compressor running. He gave me three options, one to fix and two options for replacing the system. This was not what I wanted to hear after just closing on the townhouse two weeks prior. He said the system was filthy and that the previous owner did not take care of the system and did minimal updates to keep it going and that I might have cause to sue for damages. My mom was more upset than I was and demanded I call and get a second opinion before making any decisions.

The next afternoon I googled AC services in the Tampa area and chose REM due to a lot of great reviews. The customer service was excellent I was able to get quoted over the phone for the items that I was told I needed. I decided to go ahead and have REM send a tech out to inspect the AC. I left work to meet the technician and Chris from REM was already there waiting. He tried to lift my spirits from the moment we met and talked me through what he was doing and gave me a little sign of relief. He told me the thermostat was dead and he was able to get the system running without it. He took me outside and told me the compressor was running, he attached his meter to show me the reading and I could not believe my ears. I had to hold back tears because I was trying to think of ways to come up with the $6,300 to replace the system since I didn't want to throw almost $3k into a 10 year old system that hasn't been properly maintained. Chris said "Call your Mom!" lol I was relieved and so thankful to Chris for his experience and knowledge, I really can't thank him enough. He installed a new thermostat and cleaned the system out and was done in no time. I'm so glad I called REM, Chris did an awesome job.

Update: Almost 7 years later….. my motor burned out on 3/7/22. I called REM and told them I smelled smoke coming from a vent, although it was almost 5pm, they were at my house within 30 minutes. Bobby had to turn the breaker off to the AC just to shutoff the motor. First thing the next morning, Chris was back to discuss my options. I feel like I was well informed and at no time did I feel pressured. I decided to replace my 17 year old system and go with a brand new Rheem system. Chris called 5 guys from Rheem that showed up within minutes to removed my old system and installed the new system and had the job completed and the air blowing cool by lunch time. I told Chris it was like ordering something from Amazon with same day shipping. I grateful for the quick turnaround time and appreciate REM for making me feel so comfortable with them throughout all these years. I’m relieved that it is done. I highly recommend REM for Air-conditioning services, they are amazing!

Chris did an amazing job!! He taught me so much about HVAC unit- he is a teacher at heart and loves to share his knowledge. He was pleasant, made me laugh, taught me so much about everything and about my AC unit. He was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and a very kind person. Honestly, I am a very picky person to whom I give my business and because Chris and Joe were so honest with what I needed and very pleasant- I give this company and Chris my highest review.

REM is a fantastic company with fair prices and very professional service. They fixed the shoddy work previous AC companies had done and just finished the one year maintenance in perfect condition. I Highly recommend their maintenance gentleman Bobby, he was very friendly and knowledgeable.

REM has been serving and maintaining my air conditioning unit for several years. Always understand when I follow them around and check on what they are doing. They call me to remind me when my checkup is due. Maintenance is the key to keeping a unit longer. I just had them replace my A/C unit and did all of my duct work. The gentlemen were so polite, and their work moved so smoothly, you can tell they were definitely a team. Chris is the best; I have used REM for over 10 years now. Best AC Heat maintenance. Our service tech, Chris, was professional and very thorough. He took the time to help us disengage the annoying schedules set on our ecobee thermostats. This required tutoring us on the use of an online app.

Had a great experience with Christopher who came out to do my A/C maintenance with REM Air. I have used them for 3 or 4 years now and they have kept Ol' Bessie running great! Christopher was very polite, clean, and quick. He came out when he said he would and didn't pressure me to replace or buy anything unnecessary. His handwriting is impeccable...I hate it when I can't read the paperwork. Well done!
