We used this company as a second opinion for our home warranty company which is how we meet Anthony. Anthony was able to help me replace my unit. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Ask for Anthony if you need any air conditioning help!

Anthony was fantastic! He is truly a pro and knows his stuff. He didn't just tell us what was wrong, he showed us the issues, explained how it was an issue, and then gave us options on how to fix those issues. He also educated us on simple additional maintenance we can do to extend the life of our A/C system. We really felt like we were valued as a customer and we hope to have a lasting relationship with Comfort Pro.

Santiago with Comfort Pro is amazing! Not ony is his service and knowkege is top notch, he's extremely professional from his attire to his demeanor. He was efficient and very empathetic and kind. Dealing with issues with your heating and cooling system is never fun especially during the holidays, so having someone come to your home with a smile and great attitude helps!

We had a new system installed from them. Some initial communication hiccups but overall great customer service to address and fix (Melissa was great at that!). The installers were polite and professional and were done in a few hours despite challenges.

Fernando is hands-down one of the best HVAC techs I’ve worked with. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and quickly diagnosed that my Trane XR system was a bit low on refrigerant. He didn’t try to upsell anything — just fixed the issue, checked subcooling and pressure properly, cleaned the drain line, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving.

Very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. I’d definitely call Fernando again for any AC service or maintenance and highly recommend him to anyone who wants the job done right the first time.

I have a HVAC service plan with Comfort Pro for routine maintenance. They sent Fernando out and he was very professional and courteous. He made some recommendations that I will consider for future service but I appreciate the fact that there was no pressure to purchase those services immediately, as I have experienced with other HVAC companies. After Air Zone totally decimated my AC unit (see my Air Zone ONE STAR review) through warranty work with 2-10 Home Warranty, my home warranty company I fired Air Zone and asked for a different AC company. In case you didn’t know, yes, you can fire whatever service company is performing the repairs if you’re not satisfied with the way, the repairs are being handled.

Anyway, Comfort Pros came in and was very professional, Santiago was very knowledgeable about the unit and immediately pointed out the issues with my AC unit. Turns out my entire compressor was damaged by Arizona and therefore needed it to be replaced. He was very detailed with his report to my warranty company and because of his very detailed report, my warranty company approved the request for not only the compressor, but all the parts needed to fix my unit.

Santiago is a great technician and Comfort Pros is a great company. I have a 30 day warranty with Comfort Pros on top of my regular warranty.

I highly recommend Santiago and Comfort Pros. We have not had air since July because of Air Zone and we live in Florida, but because of COMFORT PROS we finally have a working AC!

My wife and I had to use our AHS warranty to assist with our AC unit. The company that was recommended and selected to come out and assess our situation was Comfort Pro LLC. We had communication on Monday since when we reached out thru AHS was on the weekend and confirmed Comfort Pro LLC. We were notified when our tech was on his way. Our technician was Santiago and I cannot say enough great things about him and the service he provided. From start to finish, he was on time, courteous, very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose our issue. He advised us of our options and next steps to getting our system back to normal. Once again, my wife and I are beyond pleased with Santiago, who took time to explain what can occur and how the system works making sure had a good understanding. We would definitely recommend Comfort Pro LLC for services and certainly our tech Santiago as well. Thank you guys again!!

Anthony was great, he was professional, he really made things happen for me, her was coming for a maintenance check that turn out to be a work order somehow the job got done and that was greatly appreciated. Thanks Anthony I'll never forget that. I'll most definitely be using comfort pro again.

Fast and friendly. My only issue was we have two units. Called on due to one of them, the upstairs unit, not shutting off when heating. They assessed the other unit instead. We used our home warranty and we would have had to pay the deductible again to get the correct unit inspected.

Have had the out before and they get repairs done very quickly and are professional.

Comfort Pro LLC came out when my HVAC system finally kicked the bucket, and they were fantastic from start to finish. Anthony was my initial technician, and he was personable, informative, and clearly explained all of my options. Even though he came out on a Saturday morning, he was able to schedule my install just two days later.

The installation itself went smoothly—the installers were quick, clean, and efficient. Afterward, I had a follow-up appointment with Peyton to complete the final inspection, sanitize the ducts, and install a new breaker. He was extremely professional, communicative, and thorough. I was especially impressed with his skill and professionalism at such a young age—he has a bright future ahead of him in this industry.

I can’t say enough good things about Comfort Pro LLC and their entire staff, from the technicians in the field to the administrative team handling scheduling and permits. (Alex, that includes you! 🙂)

My tech was Santiago. I called 2-10 warranty to conduct a Tune-up. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. I wish more techs were professional as Santiago.

We talked about UV lights within my unit. I was wanting to install one since my last check up (clearly the last company failed lol). I did agree to install one. I might just cancel my warranty company and ask for the Gold membership with Comfort pro.

I did the annual maintenace for both AC's through AHS and was assigned Comfort Pro, LLC. to complete. I'm so glad I got the opportunity to work with this company. Mark from the office was prompt with the initial contact and scheduling. Angel our technician is one of the best I have worked with in a long time. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a thorough job and took the time to go over everything and helped identify preventive items that can help keep things running smoothly. I will be calling AHS in the future to request this company, I highly recommend. Its hard to find honest, good people in this business, and this company has it.

Buyer beware!!! My HVAC was weak, unable to keep up with the heat in July. I have a Homeowners warranty, I called them to put in a service request, and Comfort Pro was called out the next day. I have never heard of this company. They seemed Professional. I was quickly told I needed a new system. I agreed, as I already knew that my unit was 11 years old, and it was underrated for the size of the house. I told them I was looking for a high-efficiency unit. I was offered a quote, and I accepted with hesitation due to the cost; the tech used the tariffs as an excuse. I was told it can be done the same day. That was a surprise. I should have stopped at that point, but I needed Cool air. My house was over 80 degrees as my old system was struggling to keep up. I accepted the offer. Two hours later, a Spanish-speaking gentleman arrived by himself, and another gentleman was on the phone. He was translating for him, asking me to allow him to start, and he would be there shortly. I asked if the tech was capable of starting, and he assured me he was; I should have stopped again at that point. It turns out they sub their installs out. All red flags. He started the removal process and and it took the other guy 3 hours before he arrived, Long story short- they took 11 hours to remove and install a new unit, the next day the unit was still runing as I woke to 65 degrees in the house, the tech had bypassed the thermostat just to get me cool air as he did not know what he was doing to wire the thermostat, it was 11 pm when he completed. I called the office, and they sent another tech out as I had to shut the system down. While I was checking the job, I noticed my laminate flooring was scarred due to the tech not putting any kind of cloth or cover to protect my flooring. I took pictures and showed the tech when he arrived. I received a quote for the repair of my flooring and sent it to the company. I was offered a soft start instead of replacing my flooring. I was livid. I should have been given the soft start due to the unit contacts banging when it turns on, and for the cost I paid for it, I was assured it was quieter than my older unit. I did not accept the offer. I have not, at the time of writing this review, had my flooring repaired. Please beware of my warning. The company has been nothing but trouble from the start.

We recently moved into an older rental property and had ongoing issues with inconsistent airflow. After a recommendation, I arranged for air duct cleaning. Chris, our technician, discovered thick layers of dust, debris, and signs of moisture in several vents. He did a full mold treatment, cleaned the coils, and flushed out the blower. He also performed dryer vent cleaning that probably saved us from a potential fire hazard. We added UV light installation to improve air quality and prevent mold regrowth. The home smells cleaner, and our heating system runs more quietly and efficiently.!!

I noticed a burning smell coming from the furnace and contacted for duct cleaning. They extensively cleaned it after discovering a buildup of dust. After cleaning, the blower and coils were immaculate, and the odor was totally eradicated by the sanitization procedure. I'm thankful and relieved!

Last year, we experienced water damage in our basement, and I was unaware that it had impacted our duct system. The cleaning team discovered mold within the return vent and properly sanitized it. The coils, blower motor, and furnace were also cleaned. I feel more at ease knowing that there is no mold or moisture in the system.
