I was in complete dire need of help and had 2 AC companies come down to see why my unit and thermostat were not working-- it was a horrible experience and I felt that these companies were taken advantage of me.so listened to my gut and didn't utilize those companies. Instead, listened to an ex-coworker/friend who Highly recommended Alberto's company and said that he was the Best and that his daughter uses him now too. Now I see why he's the BEST!! I have to say by far, Alberto is the definition of an EARTH ANGEL!!! He was so Professional. Courteous, Knowledgeable & Friendly-- EXCELLENT Customer Service--and Excellent Communication----was out of air for 4 days and what the other companies could not do, Alberto IDENTIFIED AND FIXED THE PROBLEM with no trouble at all which is proof that these other companies were not reliable. Because of Alberto's Trustworthiness, Honesty and True Care for your customers, you now have a FOREVER CUSTOMER with me. Alberto was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable . I called him after I had not so good experience with another AC technician. He quickly identified the problem and answered all my questions patiently. His prices are very reasonable and he will be my go to AC technician from this point forward.

Alberto provided excellent service for an annual maintenance. His pricing is very reasonable and he is extremely responsive to appointment requests. The finished service was above and beyond what he had initially told me he would do; he found a hole pulling air from my attic into my AC system and he patched it at no additional cost. I am very happy with his service and will definitely use him in the future.

Absolutely a wonderful experience! My anxiety about needed a new unit was though the roof but Alberto made it a calm, fair-priced experience. He was very understanding and empathetic to the fact that this was a big purchase to me. But insured me it was highly necessary. (Which we knew the time was near... patching it for a couple years) Thank goodness we did...we were cooling the attic with horrible, holy ductwork! Glad I was able to find Alberto for this project ☺️

If you are looking for an AC guy that you can trust and does quality work look no further this is the man right here!!! He saved me from putting in a very expensive unit $7,000 dollars because they told me I needed a new ACand all I had was a bad board and transformer. I had two different companies come to my house and one was worse than the other being dishonest and ripping their customers off. Alberto came to my house assessed the problem and even went out of his way to get me the new board that I needed. He made sure I had air today and I have been out since Sunday afternoon. His prices are very reasonable, professional and just an all around nice guy!! Alberto I can't thank you enough and I will never call anyone else but you. Thank you for the fast quality service. SO I'm new to the area and have had no experience with the local AC companies until now. I do a lot of research and interview many companies before I hand over my money and trust. I wasn't disappointed in the local AC companies here in Tampa but I ended up choosing Alberto for a good reason: he is by far the best choice in AC guys. (emphasis on the period) I interviewed for subject knowledge, mastery, time and experience in the field, trustworthiness, professionalism, and (lastly) price. I imagine most people start with price and that is a reasonable thing to do but my better judgement over the years has taught me to look carefully at the totality of a company when choosing who to spend my money with and create business relationships with. But the best thing of all, Alberto solved my problem for $10,000 less than my other quotes because he is a great technician, knowledgeable, and a honest. My AC was just not cold and I knew everything was working so I needed a pro to fix this. He showed up, completely investigated my system, evaluated the components and eventually figured out everything that was wrong. That is huge value from any professional. The other guys just looked at it, said meh, buy a whole new system (even though it was only a few years old). Alberto fixed what was wrong, gave me a great deal and value, and made a great impression on me. I actually felt like I wasn't paying him enough; he did the inspection, labor, and installation of a new unit at such a good price I felt like I was only paying for the parts at cost. For a small, family business I was impressed enough to write a review about it because he definitely earned it and I can say that you will not regret trusting Alberto with your business for as long as you need an AC guy. I am so grateful to Alberto and his crew! My home’s air ducts were terrible, 2/3 of my house basically got no air. He fit us into his schedule within days of deciding to redo our ducts and replace our unit. To avoid inconveniencing us, his team powered through a 12-hour day, which I appreciated immensely. I’m very happy with their work. My home finally has good air flow. And Alberto’s pricing is very competitive.

I echo all of the reviews! Our AC unit stopped cooling today. I called Alberto and he was at our home within a few hours. He inspected everything and was under the impression that there was a leak, but the lines were covered with ice so he had us turn off the AC so that the ice could melt and he could come back and thoroughly test the unit. He came back later the same day and checked everything again. He determined that the leak was very small and that we could wait to replace parts until another time. He filled up our unit with the necessary freon and asked that we monitor everything and give him a call when needed.

It can be so rare to find honest, genuine, and kind people, but Alberto is definitely one of a kind. He was so pleasant to work with and took the time to walk me through and explain everything. It's no coincidence that everyone has spoken so highly of him. I will definitely use him again and would highly recommend him. Thank you, Alberto!

After Del Air left my unit not working and also trying to quote me $22,000 for a new unit I found Alberto for a second opinion. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, affordable and honest. Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could.

I’ve had Alberto come to my condo twice now and he’s phenomenal! First time I had an issue, mind you was after the terrible hurricane and was needing someone quick and he was very easy to contact and get ahold of, he reassured me and didn’t just find an issue to try to charge me! Explained everything to me and said I’m just fine to wait for service. He just came for a service recently and not disappointed at all! Was able to get everything checked and even got a new thermostat to make things easier in the future with changing temperatures. I will continue to use this company in the future and HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Alberto fixed the motor in our AC unit and it now runs great! He was very honest, friendly (to both us and our dog), had very fair pricing and was diligent in conducting his analysis of the issue. Just 1 day after determining the problem, he was back with the part we needed and was able to install it quickly. We even had a great time just chatting for a bit when he was done with the job! He does great work and is a locally owned business who cares about the people in the community. Ask him about his boat for some fun stories!

We were quoted $160 by one of the large HVAC companies to come out and diagnose the issue with our ac. When we called Alberto he quoted a much better price!

He came out the next day and had the problem solved within 45 minutes. Even after replacing some drain line, spraying cleaning solution on the coil in the air handler, reattaching our thermostat to the wall which has been dangling for months and inspecting the condenser outside the quoted price stayed the same!

He also was very agreeable about educating me on our system and was patient with all my questions. He has been in the business since 1988 and I get the idea there are few AC issues he has not seen.

Definitely a top choice! I can vouch for the fact that the team from Chavez & Sons Heating & AC Services are indeed experts in their field. I had a challenging task at hand which involved removing a boiler from a non-compliant location, along with a water heater from a separate place. This was to be replaced with a boiler/tankless water heater combo unit in a new location. Additionally, there were electrical adjustments that needed to be made. This meant we required HVAC expertise, plumbing skills, and electrical know-how, all of which this team delivered seamlessly. I had gathered more than 10 quotes from various providers, but Chavez & Sons Heating & AC Services offered the most feasible plan, instilling the most confidence in me. I was not let down. Jermaine and Lucas were extremely knowledgeable and timely in executing the task at hand. While the cost wasn't the cheapest, it was absolutely reasonable considering the complexity of the job. I am fully satisfied with my decision to hire them. Having had less than ideal experiences with other contractors and plumbers in the past, it's refreshing to find a reliable resource for future projects. I am certain that I will be engaging their services again.

Just this past Thursday, I was fortunate enough to experience an outstanding AC repair service in Tampa. Lucas was the technician who came to assist, and his service was absolutely phenomenal. He exhibited an extensive knowledge and expertise in HVAC systems, and was able to articulate everything in a simple and comprehensible way. Lucas' work ethic was commendable from the onset to the end. This has been, without a doubt, the most superior HVAC service I've ever had the pleasure of utilizing.
