Jermaine, the technician who came out, was very thorough, friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. He arrived right on time and inspected my whole heat pump system. Jermaine found that one of the capacitors was failing and quickly swapped it out with a similar part he had on his truck. Even though the replacement was a bit more expensive, I was only charged the normal price for the part I needed. Another time, my heat pump stopped working over the weekend. I called for help and got a quick response. Since I managed to get the system running again, I decided to wait, but I appreciated that they still checked on me first thing Monday morning and offered to send someone out for a regular service call. Lucas was prompt, polite, and did a full system check, replacing another capacitor in less than two hours. The pricing was very fair. I always have a great experience with this company and trust them completely for any heater repair needs. I highly recommend their services in Tampa!

The team did a fantastic job with quick service every time I needed help with my HVAC system. Even when they seemed busy, they always managed to fit me into their schedule. The first time I called, my GFCI had burned out, which shut off power to my HVAC controls and internet. Since I work from home, I needed it fixed fast. Lucas came out and had everything up and running within two hours, so I didn't miss a day of work. The second time, my heat pump stopped working because a capacitor blew, which caused damage to the circuit board, wiring, and indoor fan. Even though the unit was installed by another company, the technician, Jermaine, told me my warranty was still valid with the original installer. Instead of charging me for the repairs, they advised me to reach out to the original company, who then fixed everything under warranty except for labor. This saved me thousands of dollars on repairs or even a new system, and I wasn’t charged a service fee by the team. Their honesty and dedication are hard to find. They really helped me stay cool and comfortable during Florida’s hot weather. I highly recommend their HVAC services!

Absolutely terrible company... We had a fan motor that's now had to be replaced 3 times in less than 3 months! They have zero consideration for their customers. We have 4 children, one of which is 2 months old ...the technician(s) couldn't care less that it was 80 degrees in our home with no A/C (even though we were paying customers that were dealing with the result of their defective parts and haphazard work.) They absolutely never show up at the time they "promise" they will be out and treated us an inconvenience (again zero consideration and/or customer service.) Just when I thought it couldn't be any worse they added insult to injury by telling us they will not fix this again (remeber this is the same part we purchased from them and had them install--this same part they've now had to replace 3 times in 3 months!) And this last time the tech had the audacity to tell us "if the motor goes out again you can take your business elsewhere, and pay for the cost again." If you want to spare yourself a lot of grief and have your A/C fixed with quality parts and timely professional service than DO NOT ever use Melo air..

Worst service ever!! Installed into a new business and it has never worked properly. They have charged us to come out to diagnose and can never find the problem so they throw some Freon in it and call it a day WOW. Save yourself time money and aggravation!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE EVER!!!!

Owner Gus is a true professional. We were in a bind and needed our compressor fixed ASAP. Everyone was sweating their tails off. They are priced well and deliver. Nobody could get it fixed in a timely fashion and he came through and saved the day. Thanks Gus and Melo!

Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Really nice when they get your money but if you expect any warranty work from them forget it. They dont stand behind their work and they insult you when you try to get them to come to your home. I paid for a new unit less than a year ago and its never worked right, now my home is 95 degrees during the day and its been 4 days with a promise that theyre coming out. To no avail - DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

Got home from work and the house was HOT ... Called Melo Air after hours (6:15pm) and talked to Nicole who was SO caring and truly wanted to help! Her Tech's were still on a job but asked them to please come see us when they were done...8:30pm they were there...I'm sure they were exhausted but they were very nice and got the A/C running. They even came back the next morning to do a full check to ensure everything was good to go! It's wonderful to deal with people who CARE! And their fee was very reasonable! Thank you Nicole for everything...and thank you to the Tech's who got us back up and running.......... :) :)
