Todd, Matt and the whole crew at Coast 2 Coast is amazing. Matt was in the neighborhood when I put out the distress call that our AC, while on, was showing a temp of 79. That’s unacceptable in this Florida heat. He called me promptly, came moments later, and worked efficiently and professionally to fix our problem. The whole experience from start to finish was awesome. Give them a call. Have them on speed dial!

Update: still a five start experience. I had to have my A/C replaced. Coast 2 Coast was professional, timely, did phenomenal work, and maintained awesome communication throughout the install. Will continue to use Coast 2 Coast for all A/C needs, but hopefully not for awhile!!

Coast 2 Coast was able to come out and service my A/C in a timely manner and identified a defect from a previous repair that resulted in the most recent problem. Matt was timely and knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. Super grateful for their customer centric service - I will most certainly leverage Coast 2 Coast for future HVAC needs.

AC install was expertly and professionally completed. Matt and his team made this as pleasant an experience as one could expect. They arrived right on schedule and by the middle of the afternoon the new unit was up and running. The owner, Todd was also on and off site and was available to address any questions and provide any explanations as to the install process. The whole team was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The were very diligent about respecting my property and house and went above and beyond to keep everything neat, tidy, and clean. I’ve been using coast to coast for 5 yrs. My a/c was from 2000. What I love about this company is their honesty & integrity. Something that is very rare . They’ve been putting parts in since then. Until recently when the unit broke. They were great in communicating what options I had and what the next steps would be.

Would give 10 stars if I could. Todd and Matt are honest and thorough. We had a very complicated and terrible set up with our a/c in the attic. Other companies didn’t want to mess with it. Coast 2 Coast did an amazing job and we are loving our cool house this summer.

My AC from 2001 finally went out. I called Coast 2 Coast and Matt insisted to bring a portable AC for my bedroom until they were able to come and replace. That really impressed me. He was genuinely concerned for my comfort. The price was right and they came on schedule at the time they said and finished one hour before hand. The crew worked hard and were professional and did a very neat job. I was extremely pleased and highly recommend them to anyone.

Scheduled a 6 month maintenance check-up for our A/C unit. Matt and his Tech showed up on time on the day scheduled. Since this is a new house, they walked me around the unit and advising me on the basic workings. Changed the filter added, and added coolant since we were way low. They rinsed all dirt and crud out of the motor and fan housing. They both happily answered all of my questions and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. I was very happy with their work, knowledge, and professionalism. If your looking for an A/C guy, I recommend giving them a try. I think you will be as happy as I am with their service!

Today, we had our entire system replaced by Coast 2 Coast Air-Conditioning and we could not be more satisfied. Their attention to detail from the time they showed up until the time they finished was above and beyond our expectations.
When Matt showed up to assess our issues with no air conditioning, he had portable air conditioner units and fans set up in our living space and our bedrooms which was amazing.

A/C was shutting off without notice. Called and got an appointment two days later. Sean showed up and introduced himself. Within a few minutes he and his coworker already had tools out and got to work. They found the issue and got the A/C working properly in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

Called these guys to come give a second opinion after I was quoted a large sum of money from another AC company in the area. My unit is only 8 years old and I felt like it shouldn’t need to a bunch of work, so wanted to do my due diligence. After a pleasant interaction with their front desk, I got a call from Matt to schedule an appointment, and C2C came out within 24 hours. They checked out my entire system and said they didn’t see anything wrong with it. In effect, C2C saved me 3500 bucks with their honesty. They could’ve said yup, the other company is right, and undercut their price. They didn’t. Def felt like I could trust C2C. Polite, prompt, friendly, and honest? Hard combo to find these days. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Let me start by saying Coast 2 Coast is the absolute best. We had an AC unit installed 2 years ago by another company. We were unhappy with the process and while having them back out a number of times we decided to go another way. Coast 2 Coast was highly reccomended so we went with them. I called and spoke with Matt. Guess what Matt was the one who came to my home. C2C doesn't have multiple departments and managers to pass you back and forth too. You speak with Matt Matt shows up. C2C is reliable, you can trust their assessment and they even fixed what the other company screwed up. Will never use or recommend anyone else.

Matt and the Coast2Coast team did an outstanding job getting a new A/C unit installed for us - very professional, timely, and knowledgeable! We have a 1750 sq ft house with high ceilings where the air filters are located. Coast2Coast installed a new unit by a well known trusted brand with tonnage in line with the size of our house and an air filter located by the inside unit. No more ladders for us! They also reran both lines going to the outside unit more efficiently. The previous company we had used was simply going to replace our old A/C with a builders grade 5 ton unit like we had and run lines through our attic (definitely not something we wanted to do).

Since our old A/C went out on a Friday (of course!), Matt brought over one of their window units for us to use until the installation.
