From start to finish Matt at Coast 2 Coast was up front, honest, professional and totally customer service oriented. I would recommend this company for anyone looking for a reliable HVAC company.

Called Coast2Coast late on a Wednesday and they sent Matt out first thing Thursday morning. We already received 2 other quotes that seemed high to repair our AC. Matt diagnosed the issue, got the parts quick, and it fixed for half the price as the other companies quoted us!

Service has been terrific. Not happy about spending money on a repair of my new system. It's a parts only warranty. However, the service has been exceptional. Good people.

Best HVAC company out there. They are honest and they don't rip you off. They also give you options when there's a problem. I really appreciate these guys after using One Hour Air previously and getting completely ripped off by thousands of dollars. And on top of being ripped off, One Hour Air didn't even follow proper install regulations which Coast to Coast caught when they serviced my HVAC unit. It's nice to have a company you can trust with fair prices 🙏🏻

Our technician Matt was awesome and his crew were very nice and did an amazing job with our install! Brand new AC unit and the rebuilt the stand for the intake in our garage and installed a smart thermostat! Great price compared to other places and was able to get a Trane! They were swamped this week so had to wait a few days but Matt came by and installed a window unit until they could do the install which made a huge difference!!! I would highly recommend! We are the third install they have done in my cul du sac and we all love their work! Quality work and great customer service overall! Well done guys!!! Happy customers for sure!!!

Update: This week Matt and his team came out and replaced all our ductwork! They were awesome to work with! Did a great job and got it done fast!!!

Choosing coast 2 coast was the best decision I could have ever made. I now have a new AC repair company to use and recommend! I had to get my air duct sealed. I got 3 estimates he was very reasonable and HONEST while others tried to upsell me. They showed up before my appt time. Did the repair in a timely manner, cleaned up behind themselves and was very professional. Highly recommend them 👌 you won't go wrong.

I had my Samsung dryer go out and expert home service really helped out. I first called to let them know the issue, they recommended I clean the vents and maybe that could be the problem and advised that we could do it ourselves to save the money of them coming out. We did that, and cleaned it up, but the problem was the heating system. They took care of things quickly and professionally and I am so happy w the result. Thank you guys for all the help and I definitely would recommend!

What a wonderful experience! To begin, the woman who schedules the appointments was so kind. She could hear the panic in my voice of not having my appliance for the upcoming holiday and she was able to make it happen. I cannot thank her enough!
The repairman was equally great. He was able to tell me exactly what was wrong and when it could be fixed. He also gave me options to think about. I have found my new repair company!

The technician, John, sent me a photo of himself so I knew who to expect at my door. He was punctual, friendly, and very patient with me. He took time to explain the issue, and what the options were for repair.

The communication for arrival time was exceptional. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and explained he had to order the part and would stay in communication with us. So far very pleased. We will see how the return service to complete the repair goes Ok service completed and they were able to work around our crazy work schedule to complete the repair. John did an outstanding job and very quick! Will use them again🤩

Update 1/22/25: I would recommend this company to everyone I know. They ordered the part needed for the repairs, and it came in quickly. John arrived timely to fix our refrigerator today. He was polite, professional and very efficient. He fixed the refrigerator in no time and all. He also answered any questions I may have had. Our refrigerator is working as good as new and we are very grateful. Thank you for all of your help!

The people that we had to deal with were professional, knowledgeable and friendly plus the pricing of materials and labor was affordable.

Expert Home service came to fix the water dispenser in my fridge. I was charged $85 to be told that I needed to call a plumber because the issue was lower water pressure. I called a plumber who immediately demonstrated that the water pressure was absolutely fine. This means that the technician was either lying or not competent. Either way, this has cost me extra time and money. 2 stars because the woman on the phone was very friendly and they did arrive in their stated time window.

Edit updated to 4 stars - I received a call from the company with an apology for the misdiagnosis and they have refunded my money. I appreciate that the company is honest and took accountability.

This was an exceptional experience! From the start Adrianna was helpful about the process for the services. She was able to get John out at my place in a couple hours. We figured it out that my electrical was not hooked up right and my dryer wasn’t working because of it. John and Adrianna were so helpful. My wife heard me on the phone and said it sounds like you made a new friend and that’s how it felt. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you again!
