Update: March 2025-Called Matt out again when I couldn't get the drain lines to vacuum out. He squeezed me in to come check so that we don't have any water overflows. He checked the lines and didn't find any blockages. Again, no charge, but they will be out next week to do a complete checkup on a yearly maintenance plan. It's so nice to be able to trust a company and have them stand by their work and word!
Coast 2 Coast is so thorough and honest. Called them out a year ago and Matt pointed out some install issues that another company did. He could have easily sold me on them doing it, but told me what to bring up when calling the previous company. Then didn't charge me. Today, we had another water issue with a faulty float valve. He called and talked me through some problem solving actions I could do, including step by step directions to use a shop vac to clear the line. He was out 1st thing in the morning to solve the problem and give hints to prevent the issue again. I trust Coast 2 Coast to be honest, knowledgeable, and fair. Won't use any one else now!

As we all know, trying to find a reliable and trustworthy AC company in FLORIDA can be a challenge, but Todd & Matt, and the crew at Coast2Coast AC are the best around. Not only are they punctual on their appointments, they don't try and UPSELL you on things you dont need, just to make a quick buck. They assessed my AC issue, explained and showed me the problem and gave me options on best way to correct the matter. Woke up to a blistering hot house!

Realized there was a problem with the a/c and having our new born two week old daughter in a hot house was an emergency to get this solved right away.

Called Coast2Coast and they came out right away and got our A/C running perfectly again.

They didn’t try to upsell me on a new unit or system. They fixed what needed to be fixed and charged me fairly and accurately for the work they performed.

Todd and his team are honest, professional, knowledgeable, on time, courteous & friendly. And you won't find a better deal! Todd came to my home as I woke up with no A/C. He was able to get the fan to work which at least helped while he searched for the 2 parts that failed in my A/C system which was installed in 1997 and old. One of the two parts needed for repair was no longer in production so he gave me info and options. While talking with Todd he informed me that the R22 A/C system is being phased out and is pretty much obsolete. It didn't make sense for me to spend money on an inefficient, unreliable, discontinued system. The new style which they refer to as a 410 system is more efficient, cheaper to maintain/repair and parts are available if needed however with Todd's help I chose a complete new Trane system and even went to a bigger unit than I previously had. It has a 10 year warranty so I won't be needing Todd & his crew for a long time except for routine cleaning & maintenance of the system. Super happy I got a great deal and I am not just talking price, these guys are great and are my A/C team for life!

This has been one of, if not THE best experience we’ve had with a home service provider! From the initial visit with Matt, where he adeptly assessed our AC replacement needs without over-selling and clearly laid out our options, this has been a refreshingly smooth process. On a typical hot and humid August day, Matt’s team of rockstars, Sean and Ian, arrived on time and got right to work. Their professional, courteous and positive demeanor throughout the day was something to behold, in spite of the harsh heat conditions. They skillfully completed the project without a single glitch or gripe. In addition to the hard work of the team, what stood out the most was the “personal touch”. I watched Matt and his team meticulously seal every point of possible leak with tape and sealant, and then reinforce the platform better than it has ever been…far more than any of the 2-3 service providers we’ve had come out previously to keep our system going as long as possible. And the cherry on top?…they brought in some stone to put around the condenser. That put us over the moon…made us feel like we were getting the white glove service. Coast2Coast AC definitely has the secret sauce…can’t recommend them enough!!!

I had Todd come by my house to check out the duct work. My home is 26yrs old and I was having some reservations about the efficiency of my a/c duct in the attic. He took a look, promptly emailed me an estimate and a price I could work with. We scheduled a cooler day for them to come out. He and his guys are all about being prompt, considerate of my home and me and professional. They worked about 5 hrs and had my new duct work installed. Todd is a class act and I thank him for doing such fine work!
