Got a call from my tenant at 4:30 and said home feels hot. Made a call to Expert Home Serivice team. Within few minutes called back and said a service tech will be there around 7. The tech David is very professional from the 1st phone call and fixed the ac unit. The service person David as always prompt and honest. I appreciate the entire company for honest work especially Adriana for her caring assistance. This team was my go to for the AC and appliance issues.

Scheduled quickly and came right on time, gentleman that helped was in and out within 10 minutes. Great service!

On one of the hottest days of the year (so far) my A/C stopped working. I called the number on my system handler and got through to Expert Home Services (EHS) right away. Even though it was late in the day, they dispatched someone immediately and were at my home in less than 45 minutes. Turns out my handler is old and we needed parts not readily available so they needed to return the next day. EHS came back the next morning to test the motor and new part. The technician was there for some time converting the circuit board from its modern purpose to its new job of cooling my older home. He was fantastic! EHS called in the big gun, who came in on his day off, and got it fixed. I appreciated how concerned EHS was for my families welfare and offered steps to make sure we would be ok during the night. This is customer service at its very best. The dispatcher, Adriana, is amazing and called often to check on us and to give us regular updates on arrival of the technicians. If I called, she picked up, wherever she was, a rarity these days. The job was done quickly, correctly, with great service at a reasonable price, all the while concerned for our family. You can’t ask for more than. I am writing this review after 5 days and report all works great! Thank you Adriana and team!

Fixed it but didn't remount dishwasher. Said he couldn't find the screws and then just left. No effort made to make sure it was fit in and properly mounted so the door and drawers to the cabinet open correctly. Don't sent him back here. Just did the minimal work required.
