Our technician was very good. He was prompt and very knowledgeable. He assured us that this was not our fault (more of a manufacturing problem because it is happening so often with other people) but he did give us pointers on what we can do to keep it from happening again so soon.

John, our technician for the project, was courteous and professional while in our home. He worked efficiently to complete the repair in a timely manner. There were parts that had to be ordered and that was also completed by office staff effectively. Communications for scheduling (multiple trips) was very easy and they worked around our schedule to get this task completed. We were pleased with the overall service. I would recommend this service to anyone needing it.

We had a complete A/C installation with some duct repair and cleaning and installation of air purification equipment. Even though there were some issues with the equipment, the crew, especially Efrain, worked long and diligently to resolve the problems and complete the installation. So it took longer than expected but the crew did everything to make any inconveniences as insignificant as possible. When finished, they did an excellent job of cleaning up and explaining the operation of the system and actually demonstrating the use of the equipment and thermostat. I appreciate their dedication to the job and its successful completion.

Excellent experience all around. Very professional from the moment I spoke to the service manager to the tech during service. John was amazing and diagnosed the problem and was able to fix without needing any parts. They are very honest, do not take advantage of people and are fair in their pricing. First time using but won't be the last. 10/10.

The timer went out on my refrigerator so all of my food started to thaw in the freezer. I put in a maintenance request and within two hours I had someone out there to fix it. It was a quick fix, the tech was only there for 10 minutes. I was very impressed and thankful that I didn’t have to throw any of my food away.

My service guy was John. He's great. He's always very respectful of my home and very kind. He explained the issue with my dishwasher and gave me some advice for preventative maintenance to keep it running like new for as long as possible. I'm a renter so I don't really get to choose my maintenance people, but I'm always glad when I get him.

John was very helpful in fixing my water dispenser on my refrigerator. He was even able to fit me into his schedule only a day after my work order was put in, which was very much appreciated! He suggested multiple ways to keep the problem from reoccurring again. Definitely recommend him and Expert Home Service for timely and quality work.

The tech Efrain helped with a routine cleaning, cleared almost three inches worth of debris on my outside handler without any complaints. He also spotted early signs of microbial growth I would have never seen. Scheduled me for a special deep cleaning to take place within the week. Extremely happy with this service. I had an AC company come out and do a preseason check up on my unit. They told me my unit was failing and tried to sell me a $15,000 new unit or a $5000 repair. I scheduled them to do a second opinion on my AC system. He was prompt and thorough and professional, and ran his own Diagnostics. It turned out, that both my exterior and interior coils just needed to be Cleaned. They saved me a lot of money and heartache and I am so thankful and highly recommend Seb HVAC solutions.
