The thing I learned about this company is that when you work with values and ethics everything is so much better! Sebastian was so helpful when it came to helping me understand the ins and outs of what i needed for my home. Seb Hvac solutions guys came to my house today to service my A/C unit and they did a wonderful job,they were very helpful, nice,they told me what I needed to no about a/c unit, I give them a 10 .

My AC randomly shut off and when I checked the pan it was full of water. I called SEV HVAC Solutions and they came right away. James was great, super easy to work with, quick, and efficient. He cleaned my coils and had everything running again in less than two hours. He also worked on my friend’s house and she loved his service too. Sebastian and all his workers are fabulous. They are there when they promise to be there, they do the job, and leave with no drama and lots of follow up. A week after they installed a brand new AC, it stopped working. I called Seb HVAC and told them the problem and they came out and replaced it as soon as was humanly possible. They checked with me every day until we could make sure that all was functioning properly. I know that HVAC is a huge expense for most of us, and Seb HVAC is worthy of receiving that business. What is most amazing is that even though they are based in Tampa and I am in Melbourne, they were still willing to come out and do the job with no grumbling about the distance or any extra charge. Because they are both trustworthy and honest, I have no problems whatsoever in giving my highest recommendation.

Seb was unbelievable, he came re repair my AC under 24h. Didn’t try to upcharge me with unnecessary items. My AC was not working and I was expecting a $500 or $1k repair.
The bill came back under $300.
