I don't write many reviews but I had to write this one. SEB HVAC Solutions saved the day for me. I had a mini-split a/c stop working and called two other a/c companies that could not diagnose or repair the unit. Their solution was to replace it with a new one. I called the manufacturer and they said to call Sebastian. He was very busy but fit me in at the end of the day. He arrived with another worker, was efficient and knowledgeable about my system. My unit was up and running in about 90 minutes. His pricing was fair and communication was great. He is the owner and cares about the quality of his work. If I could give him over 5 stars I would. SEB HVAC Solutions is my new a/c vendor!!!

I would definitely recommend SebHVAC, straightforward pricing, I called, they send someone for the estimate and that same day I got the quote, without negotiating he gave me the best price!

Also very communicative which is something I appreciate. And also great work, the day of installation they showed up on time and quickly did the job.

I learned of Seb HVAC Solutions when I needed servicing/replacement of my Mitsubishi Mini-Split heat pump. As soon as I submitted the request, I received a call from Sebastian letting me know he was the Tampa area service professional for this equipment. He came out the next day for a evaluation/quote and I subsequently hired him for the installation a week or so later. He was a good communicator and he and his helper did a fantastic job with the installation. Highly recommend Seb HVAC for all your heating/cooling needs!

He is always prompt to respond and always goes above and beyond to help us with any issues we have. He’s help us with a mini split installation and did an amazing job. And also with our central AC unit.

Knowlegeable and reasonable price. I explained my AC issues and my suspicion of freon leak. Seb arrived on time and found the leak right away. He did not push to do $350+ dye leak diagnosis that can take more than 24 hours. He found the leak at the first copper pipe joint where I told him about my concern using bubble solution. The soldering and freon filling job was done in 2 hours and $200 when I have my own freon tank. I can use my AC in no time. This is the best HVAC company I have came across living in Florida for 4 years. I would recommend this company to any one who needs HVAC service.

Sebastian and his team were excellent! They were punctual, fast, polite and communicative. My AC units were giving me lots of trouble for a while and with summer approaching this couldn't have come at a better time. They were courteous and respectful while my 5 month old and I carried on our daily routine. This team is a pleasure to be around! Absolutely would 1,000% recommend them to anyone and everyone!!

Excellent job, installed a mini split two weeks ago and do an excellent job. And then the central air fail, it was Sunday morning and Sebastian was here in less than 10 minutos. Confiable, reliable and the price was just. 100% recommended.

I had the weirdest problem with my relatively new AC unit that suddenly stopped running. A friend recommended Seb and I got super lucky. Sebastian was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He figured out the problem, fixed it, and thoroughly checked the system. He followed up (something nobody does anymore!) to ask if the system was working. The value of this type of service was excellent and I would not hesitate to call Seb HVAC again or recommending them in the future.

I manage an entire building in downtown Tampa and I had a bizarre issue with my ac making the place feel an igloo. Ironic yet good problem to have in Florida lol but it was unbearably cold. I got an estimate from one other company and they suggested a 3k repair to replace a coil and Freon but I knew that it’s wasnt a Freon issue considering it was freezing.
Seb Hvac came in assessed and executed the repair in one visit fixing my issue the honest way which is the right way. He didn’t take advantage of me because I’m a woman either. I also had him swap out my ugly thermostat to a nice modern looking one! They helped me program the settings and schedule the thermostat.

Thanks to Seb Hvac and for being able to come on a same day call! Will use them for all my maintenance as well!
