These guys were fantastic and so professional. They beat every price and made sure everything work as it should provided us with all the information on our new unit and cleaned up everything. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Super pleasant and fast with the install on an old house that had no AC and a old wall unit that hadn't worked in years. Thank you so much we now have AC for the first time since we moved in a year ago, we appreciate the had work in this terrible heat to make sure our family could finally be comfortable in their own home.

Would not recommend. They came out to service our AC unit and install new duct work. After spending $3,800 they gave up and told us that we needed to replace the whole unit. The owner did give me a small refund of $300, but we had to pay another $2,400 to a new HVAC company in order to get our AC working again.

I just had a new 5 ton heat pump installed last month. As usual, Melo did a great job.
Since then the unit had trouble getting into heat mode on two occasions - it would just blow cool air. After turning off breakers overnight it worked fine the next morning. Melo came out and gave it thorough testing. Unable to find anything wrong. Hopefully, just a fluke. Time will tell.

I would recommend Melo Air every day of the week and twice on Sundays. Excellent professional Service.

I’ve been doing business with Melo Air for years. A while back they put in a new unit. Recently, my second floor was not cooling properly so I gave them a call. They were out the same day. The indoor unit had frozen up and I didn’t realize it. The workers that came to my house were extremely professional, efficient, and thorough. I really can’t say enough about this Business. The owner charged me a very good price for the work completed and also gave me a military discount, which I greatly appreciate. Thank you MELO AIR. I will continue to refer customers and sing your praises.

If I didn’t have a choice here, I’d say 0.
Guy was sent by my Warranty Company. I explained that my heat pump wasn’t turning on, and so my heat was off. It did go to auxiliary and I eventually got it on, but I was worried because this happened twice this month. It’s very cold here, under freezing at night.
Anyway, after looking at it awhile, he told me I basically needed a new condenser. He said the warranty pays for repair, and I’d have to pay 600.00. I told him to wait, because I wanted to check other places. He said not to, because I’d land up paying thousand dollars at least.
I decided to do so anyway.
Other company came out at my request. After checking the system, (I didn’t tell him about previous guy). he told me that nothing was wrong with my A/C, heat pump. He said it wasn’t made for this Florida cold. It was on 90 minutes, and he set it for 60 to check if freezing. He said not perfect but will help. He cleaned out pipe on the side.
Anyway, no charge. I called the Warranty company to complain. She told me that the reason he told me not to ask for second opinion was so that he could get the money.
Con artist , beware, don’t call them or let your warranty company send them.

I had my air ducts cleaned by All-Right Air Duct, and they recommended adding a UV light installation to help prevent bacteria and mold growth in my HVAC system. I had never heard of UV light for air purification before, but they took the time to explain how it works and why it’s beneficial. The installation was quick and efficient, and I immediately noticed an improvement in my home’s air quality.

Todd, Matt, as well as the entire Team, provide a personal touch from start to finish to make sure the job is done correctly. In addition to that, Coast 2 Coast also supports Veterans, which is endearing to me because I served in the U.S. Army. Lastly, They believe in building relationships that last a lifetime!

Matt S. did great job diagnosing my upstair's HVAC. Will repair next week when parts come in (will follow up when done).

Follow up: new parts installed, a few follow-up visits by Matt (no service charge for the follow up visits). Through it all Matt was extremely responsive to my requests via phone/text/email. Requests for action were always executed the day/day-after my request. BL, this is a top-notch company.

Follow up: had issue with downstairs hvac. Issue started Thur evening. I reached out to Matt via text, he was Johnny on the spot with recommendations for troubleshooting. Unfortunately the issue was beyond my capabilities. Though too busy to work my issue on Friday, he was on site 8am Saturday and had issue remedied in less than 30 minutes.

Can’t say enough about Matt and Coast to Coast. Best repair/maintenance business in Tampa area.
