Great work, excellent team work. They installed new AC and new vents & ducts. They moved the external unit to new position and did great job in the attic because is pretty narrow. I requested a county inspection and was done and approved with great comments on the job done. Definitely I strongly recommend this company if you need any AC job related.

The company was highly recommended and I am very happy with all the services they provided. The installers were on time and cleaned up after themselves daily. My house is 48 years old and was in desperate need of new ducts and system. It was a big job! My last HVAC system lasted 16 years, so with this being a higher quality brand (Trane) I'm hoping this will be the Best and Final system I have installed!

Oscar and his crew are absolutely fantastic! They came out on a Sunday and had a new unit installed by Tuesday AM! Great service and great price! Incredibly professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Oscar - Owner made sure my Trane AC Unit 4 Tons/15 Seer was installed correctly and check working condition AC system was functioning properly. AC Techs were fantastic on time, worked excellent, very knowledgeable, professional and pick up everything and left as if nothing had been done. If you ever need an AC repairs, Heaven's Breeze is your company! Carlos Ayala is the most knowledgeable and professional person in his field! They are not trying to rip you off, they are very reasonable in price, but, most importantly, stand behind their work. The guys that worked in our house were so friendly, and very thorough! Heaven’s Breeze did an excellent job replacing my AC system (compressor, condenser and furnace) with a new system. My old AC system was about to die, I called Heaven's Breeze and just the next day Oscar visited my house and provided several options, explaining pros/cons of each, at a very competitive price. The installation crew arrived on time and got the job done fast and clean. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They listened to my requests, and cleaned up after their work. I had my AC replaced by Heavens Breeze in May 2020. This was an all around pleasant experience. First, Carlos came to give me an estimate. He was on time and very professional. Once he looked at the existing unit, he went back to his truck and had an estimate written for me in about 15 minutes! There was no pressure or sales shenanigans. I decided to choose them because not only did they have the best price, I was also getting quality equipment (Trane).
The crew was available to come install the next day after I agreed to go ahead! The installations crew (Willie and Frank) were prompt and professional. They had the new units installed quickly before my house had a chance to heat up (it was close to 90 and humid that day!) The whole job took about 4 hours. They cleaned up and took away the old units. I am very happy with My new system! Thank you Carlos, Willie and Frank for a job well done!

Carlos and his crew did a wonderful job repairing my AC and the price was lower than any other quote!! Will definitely use them again!!

Second time I have problems with my AC unit since I bought a place that has Heaven's Breeze warranty. I don't think this business should be doing AC work. They're telling me 63% Humidity indoors is normal because it's "Florida". It's ok if you don't wanna work, just don't make stuff up, it's embarrassing.

We had our first visit with Carlos and were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He quoted us a fabulous price. He also came recommended by MANY people in our community in Apollo Beach. Their staff arrived promptly and it took 4 hours to install a new Trane unit. (outside and inside). We were very satisfied with them and would recommend them to you!

Just had a great experience with Jeremy M. from Red Carpet Air. He was fair, professional and right on time both appointments. I felt I was part of the process the entire time and happy with the results. They will be my next call. Thanks guys!

I can't say enough good things about my experience. We made the mistake of letting a handyman install an AC unit at our rental property 5 years ago and were left in a bind. Everything broke at once and the the warranty was never registered so we thought we would be stuck buying a new unit out of pocket. Adam came out quickly assessed the problem and came up with an affordable solution which we were able to finance on the spot so we didn't have to come out of pocket. He even stayed late to make sure the unit was working fine before leaving. On top of it all the repairs he made will save us $100 a month on the electric bill. You have a new customer for life. Thanks again to Adam and everyone at Red Carpet.

Ted and Red Carpet Air saved us this weekend. They took care of my broken A/C promptly, worked late on the weekend so we can be comfortable again. I have been using Red Carpet Air for a few years, always great, friendly service!!!!

The 1st technician came out and kept telling us we needed a new unit. When we said no our unit is less than 10 years old he did further testing and said we were 2.5 pounds low on Freon but he could not find a leak. Which he also told us was the only way our unit would be low on Freon. Before the tech left we were asking him why is our unit still blowing hot air. He said it could take "HOURS" for the unit to cool the house.
The next morning I called and they sent out another tech and of course as soon as he arrived he insisted we needed a new unit because ours was so old. But after a little testing he said we could clean the coils and fan and it might help but he could not give any guarantee but would be happy to charge us 600.00 for the cleaning and 1200.00 for a uv light to control mold.
After everything we did not have any confidence in Red Carpet air so we called another company and this company said our switch board was bad and replaced it for 150.00. Now our air is blowing ice cold air and working like new.
I do not recommend anyone calling red carpet air unless you are looking to replace your unit because they do not fix units only try and sell you a new one.

Juan was absolutely amazing at problem solving! He took the time to explain everything he was doing, show pictures and more importantly find solutions! I called at 4:45pm and Juan was here within 2 hours... SERVICE SUPER SIZED! Can’t say thank you enough, we’re signing a annual contract due to level of service!!!

We recently needed to have all our duct work replaced due to mold. We had a strange smell coming from the vents, so we were initially trying to find a company to clean them. When Red Carpet Air came out and realized the extent of the damage to the air ducts, the only option without causing more damage was to have everything replaced.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the initial estimate/inspection, to the completion of the replacement, everyone was professional, knowledgable, hard working, polite and spent a considerable amount of time explaining everything and making sure we were comfortable with what would be done.

They arrived on time and did not stop working from the moment they arrived. We have an older home, and the duct work we had was from when the house was built. Darrell and his team spent extra time and went above and beyond to get the job done right. ​​I have seriously never had a company come out that I've been more impressed with. They are a smaller family owned company, and work hard to train their employees and believe me, it shows.

My kids all have allergies, and I am so thankful Jacob saw what a big problem this was when he came out to inspect the ducts. If it hadn't been caught we would all still be breathing in air that was running through filthy ducts continuously. We have had other companies come out in the past, and none picked up on the problem.

Our AC now runs so much more efficiently and has reduced the humidity in our house as well. Thankfully the ways these newer ducts are made, we no longer have to worry about having this problem again. Especially since the job was done right. They even vacuumed inside/raked outside when they were done and left no mess behind.

We are so pleased with the finished product and will definitely be using Red Carpet Air in the future.

A horrible experience-- Our system wasn't heating properly. The tech, Kris, sent by this company said our system was full of mold, and tried to sell thousands of dollars worth of services. He seemed sketchy from the first moment he came into our home. He was unable to fix the problem with our system so we called another company for a 2nd opinion. The next company told us our system and vents were spotless and there were no signs of mold.

I would never consider hiring Red Carpet Air for anything. They are not trustworthy.
