Appreciated that they took the time to educate me on how to utilize the system more efficiently and professional service covering all areas of service and took the time to even install filters I had and removing ones I did t need. Having dealt with other companies I highly recommend working with Spencer and Nate from Cool Comfort.

John is exemplary for kindness, compassion, knowledge and skills in his industry. He went beyond the ordinary to explain many things about my plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. My first 2 experiences with them were great. I think we had John who came by the first 2 times and was great. Honest and efficient. This last experience was terrible, I forget the guys name, Tony maybe? Simple AC repair where the emergency sensor got shut off due to condensation build up. The guy gave the classic excuse that it’s an old unit and needs to be replaced after looking at it for 2 minutes. He gave me a quote. I asked him to do what he can to at least get it working for the night since we have a 2 month old at home. He wasn’t able to get it running for us. I asked a buddy of mine for a second opinion the next morning. He told me what to do over FaceTime and fixed it in 2 minutes. The guy clearly knew what to do and chose not to and try and upsell me. It takes a lot for me to get upset enough to write a somewhat negative review but this guys lack of professionalism needs to be addressed

My husband bought a system from Cool Comfort and when I called for repair - due to some crappy brand they represent - I was told the warranty would only be met if I had paid them for a yearly service. The unit is 2 1/2 years old and as a 25year+ homeowner, I drain the hoses and clear the system myself. They require you to have receipt of their services for warranty claims. After I expressed my EXTREME displeasure at this bait and switch, the woman said “but if we schedule the yearly service now, we’ll be able to claim the warranty”. I’m sorry, WHAT? All of a sudden this isn’t an issue? I schedule the yearly. They don’t show up. I find a message from the woman who said very smugly “I played the call for the owner and it’s best if we part ways”. DO NOT USE. Their contracts are a bait and switch designed to fleece you for money. They are overly expensive and they TAKE ADVANTAGE of you in the process. HARD NO.

Called at 6:45 PM for AC that wasn’t blowing any cold air and had Jon out at my house within 30 minutes. Got it fixed within another 30 minutes and I couldn’t be happier. Excellent service from him and paid a reasonable price. I would recommend Jon and this company.

Very good service they changed the whole unit in only a day. The price was the best in town. Even recieved a compliment on the new unit from the city inspector. Overall they offered a very good experience and a good price also.

I am impressed by the professionalism, cleanliness of work and precision. They have managed to change the new machine in the attic without disassembling anything. I recommend this company, they are exceptional!

At times it's almost impossible to find a good company that is run by even greater people, Heaven's Breeze is the one ac company you definitely want to hold on to. Oscar is man of his word and a stand up business man. And the lady who answers the phones is super sweet too. Thank you guys for everything.
