We have been with this company for several years and are always satisfied with the service they provide. It pays to get on their yearly service plan too. Don’t over think it…… it’s Florida. You need fast service if your AC goes out. This company gives you just that. Techs are friendly and knowledgeable. Staff on the phone are pleasant and accommodating.

He done a good job finding the leak. He is now working with the Heat Pump manufacturer to get the replacement condenser that has gone bad.

River did a great job at my home on a regular maintenance visit. The last visit was a year ago because of some scheduling issues so I was expecting some issues to be found. River ran through the full maintenance and then came to discuss what was found. There were several issues present and River let me know that the unit was unlikely to make it through another summer. River presented costs to replace parts and keep things going for another year or 2. I then asked for quotes to replace the unit and RIver took me through all of the options in clear language.

I really appreciate the work RIver did and the full explanation of our options. We are now considering the next step and will get back to them shortly!

Clear Comfort offers the best service and fair prices on AC installation and repairs. Carter is really patient and knows everything. The first time I called, Carter came out to repair an old unit that wouldn't turn on. He tried a bunch of things to see if we could avoid replacing the unit, but ultimately it required replacement. I looked around for cheaper estimates and he quoted me almost half the rest of the estimates. A few other employees who have come as well and they have all been great. I have no complaints. Fair prices, fast service, and they are really honest and responsive. I would never go anywhere else.

I called Cool Comfort after another company was at my home for a routine maintenance and wound up telling me that I neededl an $1800 repair on my 5 year old ac unit, that by all appearances was working fine. The description of the repair needed was very vague even after extensive questioning, and the tech would not put it in writing, nor did he provide a receipt for the maintenance he was supposed to have done. Brennan was the tech from Cool Comfort, he was punctual, professional, invited me to be outside with him as he inspected my unit, explained thoroughly what he was doing as he was doing it, he made several suggestions regarding actions that could improve the efficiency of my unit, but did not pressure me to purchase , nor did not try to scare me into purchasing anything. It was apparent that the tech from the other company did not even provide the maintenance I paid him for. I did purchase the services Brennan suggested because of his honesty and professionalism. I was provided with a detailed invoice and receipt for payment before Brennan left my home. He spent over a hour and a half with me , the tech from the other company was at my home less than 30 minutes. Brennan did restore my faith in the ac service industry. I would recommend this company to family, friends, neighbors.

He provided us with detailed information regarding the system’s requirements and even captured photographs to illustrate his explanations. Our new AC unit is only 7 months old, and we've had to make multiple service calls to get it working properly.
