Sokol did a fabulous job fixing our AC issues. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He walked me through each concern with our AC and helped me determine what the best fixes would be. I highly recommend!

Service tech was extremely cordial. He gave me a complete report when he finished and even showed me pictures of the insides of our equipment.

He was nice, thorough, excellent and knowledgeable! He had photos and explained every photo that he did per the maintenance contract. My AC was originally put in on 5/7/24 so only a year old. He had to return to the office and get a 40 ft ladder to access my roof where my condenser is located. The appointment was longer than expected but he noted the account so all proper equipment will be available next time. He also informed of other products I could purchase at additional costs.

John P. , our service tech was excellent. Very knowledgeable and customer oriented. He went over and above to find the part to repair our A/C. He then drove 6 hours round trip to pick the part up and then came and repaired our A/C. That’s Service !
We will use them in the future.

Just had my HVAC checked under my annual service agreement. John performed the service quickly and efficiently. System is in great condition due to regular check-ups.

Spencer did a great job. Was very thorough, explained all my issues and answered all my questions. He was prompt, clean and got the job done well.

Spencer came by and did our semi yearly inspection of our heating and cooling system. He was very friendly and efficient and told me about the upcoming addition of electrical services, so I signed up with Cool Comfort for another year-they are always friendly and efficient.

John not only answered my concerns after 8pm at night but came out the next day to give me a 2nd opinion from my original company helping me. He found the problem and gave me helpful advice on how to proceed with my systems.
