The most incompetent duct fabricator I have ever dealt with. I contacted them a month ago for a basic rectangular metal duct with 2 simple transitions. I agreed to the price and they got started. Finally 2 weeks later after several calls and unanswered emails, I get a message that they are done. We showed up and nothing about the duct was right. There were no transitions, the dimensions were not even close. We went over the drawing again and they said they understood now. Within the next 2 weeks I noticed I was charged a second time for the duct they messed up. When we arrived to pick up the duct the second time it was wrong again. Missing a transition again. They blame us and said we are responsible for both of their mistakes. Horrible customer service, they don’t return calls or emails, horrible communication. I authorized one charge on my card, they fraudulently charged me again. I refused to accept the order, and now will be taking my business elsewhere. Meanwhile my customer has been waiting over a month. Unprofessional company that gives the Hvac industry a bad name. I will be disputing the fraudulent charges and am confident I will get my money back. I will also be filing a complaint of fraud so expect a visit from investigators regarding that matter. The employee I was dealing with is efrain. He should be terminated if this is how he does business.

I got troubles with AC because a cloak. He fixed it and checked the air pressure to make sure that everything was good. I highly recommend the service. In addition, he was the only available on Saturday 7 pm.
