Mark came right away since he happens to live in my neighborhood. Diagnosed my ac problem in minutes and replaced the capacitor with no problem. I had another AC company come before him who was giving me bogus information and was trying to make a sale which I could not afford. Mark was a Godsend for a single mom on a tight budget. Thank you for being honest!

JP not only responded within two hours at Midnight on a Friday night but he gave a completely reasonable price and fixed a problem that our apartment complex could not fix. Our unit was so clogged that it took him about 20 trips up and down the stairs trying it from both sides with multiple tools and he finally got it and it was probably 10 years of sludge clogging our AC. He was so smart and determined. if I could give him more stars I would. Thank you so much!

Great service. I had to call afterhours because the house wasn't cooling enough for my kid and elderly dog. JP came out and got the AC running well again. Fair pricing and candid conversation about how long this patch-up is likely going to last. I know I have an older unit and need to get it replaced sooner rather than later. Signed up for their annual maintenance so we do not end up with big repairs later, they come between October and February and do coil treatment, check filters, thermostat, refrigerant, electrical connections, and flush the drain, plus the plan gives priority service, no overtime fees, and a discount on parts and labor, solid value and it keeps ac repair visits to a minimum.

Had an emergency where our system was leaking and caused the ceiling in our master bedroom to collapse. They came out the very next day and replaced our air handler unit. Work was done to perfection and every one was so nice a professional. Very fairly priced. We liked them so much that we even sent them to our daughter’s house. Highly highly highly recommend.
