The technician, Dalton, was on time and very knowledgable. He was able to tell me a lot about my unit and explain everything to me. Their price was much more fair than those that I've paid in the past. Excellent customer service, highly recommended!

They did a great job installing. BUT…. they didn’t install the correct breakers. We didn’t pass inspection. We have been fighting them for months. To fix what they did wrong from the beginning. They have no showed several times. And when ever we call we get. “Oh we didn’t have a reservation for you today. “. If I knew a lawyer I would sue them for lost wages waiting for them to show up. I don’t trust them for anything.

Woke up I. The middle of the night and no AC
Called American home services, the nice woman on the phone said she had a tech on his way into work and would have him stop by here on his way. Less than 15 minutes later he showed up. We went through what was wrong and decided it was best to replace the unit. I was told someone would come by 12: 00 to do the work. Two very nice gentlemen showed up by 10 and were finished and cleaned up by 1:00. We are very happy with the work and will send any future work their way.

Blake was wonderful! He had is up and coolings in minutes! He is the best! When it comes time to replace our system we are calling him!

I called and they sent a technician out, he was thorough and patient. He explained every detail of the unit to me and was able to show me what I had going on, rather than just tell me. We went over options for repair but I chose to go with a replacement unit to ensure that I was getting my moneys worth. The new unit was installed the next day, and it has been WONDERFUL! Dalton was truly a pleasure to work with, as well as the 2 gentlemen that came to install the new equipment. Wonderful experience would highly recommend them.

We had a blocked drain on Saturday. Our 2 go to plumbers couldn't help us till Monday. Brandon was at our house less than 2 hours after calling for help. He was very professional and we had an unblocked drain in no time. Very happy with the service.

Water leaking from ceiling from A/C drip pan on a late Saturday afternoon. Quick response from provider and the technician Blake Vallee came out and took care of the issue that day. He was professional and explained what was going on. He fixed the issue and the A/C is running great! We will be using them to maintenance our system. Thank you Blake and thank you to the young lady who took our call for help because she was very nice too!

Jorge was our tech answering a general maintenance call. He relayed news that we needed to replace our system. He took time to go through all options and allowed us time to do our own checkups and was very accommodating to our schedules. When it came time for install, Daniel and Tony were phenomenal. They were quick, clean, and polite - taking/making time for explanations and questions. All of this made the difficulty of absorbing the cost much easier. Certainly money well spent.
