Great service. The technician was very informative!
-
Lied about smoke smell in home. Jake should be fired. Is it common practice for your employees to lie to make more money for your Company? Apparently it is.
-
Excellent service, very professional crew. . I am not changing this superior company.
-
Tech was very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns. Very happy with the service!!!
-
I've used this company several times and the technicians are always polite, knowledgeable, and timely. They take the time to explain their work, what to expect, time frames, maintenance requirements, etc. I would recommend their work!

Amazing business. Kenny and his team are awesome and I can’t recommend them enough!

Airstream is our go-to company for AC needs and Electrical needs. Their service is exceptional, their prices are fair, and their work ethic is exemplary. If I could give more stars I would.
-
Geannette Lavallee Is the best!!!! Very professional and friendly. They do quality work and I have used Air Stream twice to install brand new air conditioners in two different homes. Highly recommend!!!!

Came back from a vacation in the Tampa summer to non-working AC. Contacted another vendor who provided a quote and a 7 day wait for replacing the AC. Contacted Air Stream Heating & Air Conditioning. They provided a lower price and was able to replace the AC days later.

7/4/16 Hired company to service a/c. as it quit blowing cold. Owner, Kenny performed the following repairs & made below recommendations:
(per invoice)
Started system & checked operation.
Found outside compressor not coming on.
Troubleshoot further & hermetic side of capacitor to be defective.
Also found compressor to be extremely hot to the touch.
Cooled compressor down with water hose & installed new 45/5 MFD dual capacitor.
Started system & checked operation.
total labor & materials: $270.00 (paid)
Recommendations: We recommend to pull & clean evaporator coil as soon as possible. Running the system with a dirty coil will cause damage to the compressor & other parts.
Quote: $425.00
7/12/16 Two employees arrived to perform the recommended service.
(per invoice) The employees: "pulled & cleaned the evaporator coil. Taking the coil outside using professional coil cleaner & garden hose. Pressure tested for leaks, no leaks were found. AC system operates normally."
W/in HOURS of service being completed, a/c quit blowing cold air. In addition, below are DAMAGES that occurred to our property by employees:
Burned drywall with torch in two areas.
Cut out a 9inx5in hole out of the base of the platform our air handler sits on. Which the employees covered with tape. Leaving the cut out wood at the base of the platform.
The employees replaced the pvc pipe that comes from the ground, into the handler. Replacing it crookedly, marginally below the threshold of the platform the a/c handler sits on.
Dumped professional cleaning solution on paver driveway.
Beyond above referenced damages that HAVE RESULTED in a financial burden to remedy, the following incidents also occurred while employees were at residence:
Cleaned the coil in the middle of our paver driveway - leaving debris from the coils all over the driveway
Left the door on our breaker box wide open - it was originally closed
Stepped on plant next to garden hose
Double billed us at $850 for a job we were invoiced at $425 - this has since been remedied.
Left their own extension cord at residence. - this was given to back to the owner.
One employee requested to use the restroom. Defecating in the guest bathroom.
Kenny arrived before 6:00pm to address new issue. Concern of the above damages & incidents were discussed. Owner's father also arrived to assist. They couldn't get the compressor working. Advising they'd contact us to discuss replacement.
7/13/16 My husband contacted company via email to address our concerns of the damages & incidents that occurred while their employees were at our home. Requesting the damage to the air handler be repaired. In addition to getting the a/c up & running again. Email was never replied to.
Owner Geannette contacted me with quotes to: Replace compressor OR get complete new unit giving 2 options.
Due to the damages incurred at our property, we felt it was in our best interest to seek out another company(s) to address the issue with our compressor.
7/14/16 I requested a refund for the work performed on 7/12/16 of $425. In addition to monies to cover the damages done to our property by employees. Owner agreed to refund $425 for the work performed, declining to reimburse monies for the damages their employees did to our property.
I was not happy that owner only offered to refund the charge of the service done & had no concern or offer to repair the damages their employees did to our property. She then requested to communicate via certified mail moving forward. Which I have done.
We were requesting monies necessary to repair (not even fully replace) the platform so that our a/c handler was secure & paint (not even replace) the enclosure their employees damaged. Seeking a 'fair' amount to cover costs we would (& did) incur when we had the repairs done ourselves.
7/21/16 we are still waiting for the refund the owner offered. -
Very good air conditioning and electrician service.
I had called numerous services and most couldn't make it out until the following week. I had no AC in 90+ weather so this was not an option. Air stream came out the next day. They were able to come earlier than my appointment time which I greatly appreciated. They helped me fix my issue.
The staff is very friendly and professional. -
Techs are great but the receptionist is extremely rude!! While trying to ask questions in regards to a repair she constantly spoke over me and then said “Maybe you just need to go elsewhere for your service”!!! So we did. Sure the owner of the company appreciates that!

Air Stream AC & Electrical Inc. installed the four ton Tempstar heat pump system replacing a twenty year old system very quickly without any problems. They took payment over the phone and registered the new system for us. Emails were sent to us documenting the payment and registration while we were on the phone. Outstanding service!

Air Stream AC was AMAZING! I live remotely, and they took care of EVERYTHING to remove an old A/C unit and install a new one. They even worked with the city officials to secure the A/C inspection and approval. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to ANYONE. Thank you Air Stream for taking great care of my A/C needs! Lee
