With all the years I've been in business, I have never met such professional AC & refrigeration technicians. Randy, Paul and their crew are always on time, very professional and honest. I have used them a few times as All Temp is now my go-to service provider.

I called and they sent a tech, Jacob, that same day. He was extremely polite and professional. The problem was solved quickly.

All Temp was great! I got them to fix a freezer at my Cold Stone that others told me they did not know what was wrong with it. All Temp took the time to do it right and now my specialty freezer works great. Price was very reasonable compared with others. I highly recommend these guys as this is a hard service to find people who do it right.

I was recommended to reach out to All Temp Air Conditioning & Refrigeration when our Church freezer stopped working. I got in contact with Sonna at All Temp and she right away place the call in to have the freezer repaired. it was taken care right away and they were very efficient. The tech was very knowledgeable on the problem and took care of it in no time. I would recommend All Temp to other Facilities managers when they run into trouble with their Reirrigation issues or AC.

Time response and quality service were excellent. The only issue is the cost. It's expensive according to our expectations.

I am writing to address a serious issue regarding the recent freezer repair service provided by your company. When I initially contacted you, I was informed that your hourly rate was $152 with a two-hour minimum. However, there was no mention of additional travel time charges. Despite this, I agreed to the terms, and you proceeded with the repair.

Unfortunately, the freezer stopped functioning again just two days after the repair. When I reached out for assistance, you declined to return, stating that the wiring was not done correctly and proposing a complete rewiring for $3,800. This response is unacceptable, especially since I already paid $538 for the initial service, which should have resolved the issue.

I expect you to honor your commitment by revisiting the issue at no additional cost to ensure the freezer functions properly

Very bad service, you have to ask for the price first before they do anything, they charged me $200 for 10 min service, not recommended. Very expensive! Not worth the service!!!
