Erik has been a life saver for us over the last 2 years. The first time I met him, our AC unit went out in hot, hot July shortly after brining our newborn home from the hospital. Erik was so considerate and made sure to get us on the schedule that day. Since then he has always been prompt. You can really tell he cares about his customers and has always been very thorough and fair. When it came time to replace our older unit, he gave us competitive quotes and his team was very professional with the installation. I could not recommend him more.

I had my 6 month air conditioner service done today, David Linson did a great job, he answered my MANY questions as he spent lots of time checking everything out on both units. He fixed a leak that was taking in hot air from the attic, showed me photos of the cleaned coils and filters, he was very thorough. I would highly recommend him and Air Support.

Working with Erick from Air Support Cooling was a great experience! Having previously tried going through insurance, it was reassuring when Erick (a second opinion) showed me that the issue they had highlighted was incorrect and they would have overcharged me. Instead, Erick gave me several possibilities and his professional opinion on what the most cost-efficient route would be. He had his guys come over the very next day and gave me a very reasonable rate! Had a wonderful experience with this company. Highly recommend them for any AC needs. We just switched from another company that we had been using for the last eight years. David came out and did a maintenance service for us. He identified several things that the prior company did, that showed that they cut corners at every opportunity. David took the time and fixed all of the things that were not correct about our system. He was knowledgeable and friendly and professional. I cannot say enough good things about this company and I am so thrilled to have found them!

Can't say enough about Erick and Air Support Cooling and Heating. From installing a new heat pump and air handler in 2018, to replacing a bad set of coils under warranty in 2024 to replacing a bad capacitor today, they've always been quick to take care of whatever issue I've had. Service is fast and friendly and at a reasonable price.

I’ve used Air Support few times in the past 3 years. Each time I had a great experience. Their whole team is competent, knowledgeable and courteous. They take the time to explain the problem, layout the options with competitive pricing, and don’t try to “sell”. I had my a/c replaced and the whole job was done in a few hours. Later the owner Erick himself came to inspect and ensured everything was done to satisfaction. I’ll use them for anything a/c related and recommend them for high quality and honest work.

I called air support because our heat wasn’t working Alex came checked it out ordered the part came back on New Year’s Day to fix it he was so nice him and his partner I will be calling them again when I need something else done to my ac thank you guys

Long overdue review! I had the opportunity to work with this AC company last year, and it was a great experience. They offer competitive pricing, excellent service, and I was pleased overall. I worked with Erik, who guided me through the entire process. It’s hard to find trustworthy companies, but this one you don’t have to worry about. My experience was so positive that I even recommended them to my neighbor, who was also very satisfied with their service. Highly recommend!

These are the ones to call! Prompt, considerate, polite & willing to explain problems & give possible options. I have an older system, and they did not try to sell me a whole new unit but were happy to repair my antique. I will use again!

Erick M. is amazing! Our air conditioner's tray started overflowing, and leaked through the ceiling. He was out here within hours making repairs. He's very amiable, knowledgeable, and his process are hard to beat. Will recommend him to my friends!
