I had a scheduled appointment today with Ducts All Done in Tampa, FL for an estimate and dryer vent cleaning. My appointment window was 4:00–6:00 PM, and I made this appointment well in advance.

At 5:00 PM, the technician (John) called asking if I would cancel and reschedule because I lived too far from his current location. I told him no, as the appointment had already been scheduled and confirmed. He then said he was on his way and gave me a new arrival time of 5:30 PM.

Just five minutes later, I received a call from the company stating that the technician was canceling my appointment due to slight rain. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

If a company cannot properly manage scheduling or honor confirmed appointments, I would seriously question the quality of their work. I will not be hiring this company and would advise others to use caution when considering them.

Tom was very helpful. Did a great job cleaning both inside and outside ducts. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will call him again to do the sanitization of the AC Unit.

Cleaned the chimney for the nice winter we’re having so no worries of a house fire.

Tom from Ducts all Done came in for an estimate on Sunday. He arrived as agreed. The estimate was fair so Tom completed all the work of installation of new UV lights and sanitized the HVAC unit and cleaned all the vents. Good work, timely and efficient. I highly recommend Ducts All Done.

Despite multiple calls to the home office and providing email address on two different occasions, our rep provided no estimate to complete work following his inspection. Highly unprofessional all the way around.

We chose these guys to do our ductwork replacement, and we are so pleased with their service. Everyone i dealt with was knowledgeable and courteous. I felt the pricing was very fair and honest. I highly recommend this company!
