Highly recommend Ducts All Done in Tampa! Professional, on time, and very thorough. They handled our dryer duct cleaning, plus a full inspection of thw A/C and showed before-and-after photos. Airflow has noticeably improved and everything was left spotless. Great service and fair pricing!

I had a really great experience with Ducts All Done here in Tampa. From the first call to the day they finished, everything felt smooth and easy. They showed up on time, explained what they were doing in simple terms, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need.

You can tell they actually care about doing the job right. They checked the whole duct system, fixed the problem areas, and cleaned up everything before they left. No mess, no stress.

The biggest thing for me was the difference after they were done. The airflow in the house feels way better now. Some rooms used to feel warmer than others and now the temperature feels much more even. The AC doesn’t seem like it’s struggling anymore either.

It’s hard to find companies in Tampa that are reliable, honest, and professional all at the same time, but these guys really delivered. I’d definitely recommend Ducts All Done to anyone who needs duct work done right.

I am giving two stars only because the work was completed; however, the lack of professionalism and the extreme price point make this service poor value for money. For a total of $4,972.80, one would expect "white glove" service, yet the experience was far from it.

Our initial quote from Ducts All Done for AC cleaning, duct cleaning, and a UV light replacement was a staggering $6,800. For a home with only nine ducts, this was an immediate red flag. After I presented a competitor’s quote of $4,800, the company abruptly matched it. However, subsequent research reveals that for a home of this size, even $2,000 would be considered the high end of market rates. As a first-time homeowner, I was unfortunately unaware that I was being charged more than double the standard rate.

At a premium price point of $5,000, you expect a high level of preparation. Instead, the technicians arrived in an unmarked vehicle and lacked basic professional equipment, including a shop vac, drop cloths, and ceiling repair tools. The job was rushed through in just a few hours, leaving the house a mess and failing to repair the popcorn ceiling where the vents were damaged.

Despite speaking with the owner, we were unable to reach a resolution. If you are paying five-star prices, you should receive five-star service and equipment. Based on the lack of professional standards and the inflated pricing, I cannot recommend this company. Please do your research on market rates before booking.

Note: I am also hiring an inspector to verify that the work was completed correctly.

Great experience! Tom called to see if we could do the appointment earlier which was great. Did prompt work. And made sure to clean up after completing the job. Also took pics and videos of the work.

About 1.5hrs ago I called Ducts All Done with a 911 need due to a surgery I’m having tomorrow that requires me to adhere to strict anti-allergen causing environment to avoid post-op complications (on top of this, we’re still unpacking from a move!) Tom showed up immediately, the dispatch team understood urgency rearranged his schedule to work within limited time we have- and Tom couldn’t be more professional, thoughtful, and patient (moving around all the boxes.) We are going through a difficult time, and he didn’t try upselling me to more and more and more - instead, he came up with the best affordable solution near term… and I look forward to ringing back when we can implement the longer term plan!
