The thermostat was reading 85 degrees inside even though it was set to 72. They answered the phone at 9 PM on a Saturday and still sent someone out. Found a refrigerant leak, fixed it, recharged the system, and it's been running perfectly since. Everything was fixed within a couple hours and they cleaned up after themselves. Really impressed.
