My mom used this company to get an air conditioner in 2017 for 8k and it stopped working totally in 2025, but had problems keeping the correct temperature set after only two years. The warranty was supposed to be for ten years and it barely worked for eight. Then they convinced her to buy a new one from them in 2024 now at a price of 10k (honestly I have no idea why she went with this same company) but anyway the heat hasn’t worked since it was installed even though the installer took a couple of days putting it in. Then they tried to trick her into buying a part that cost $700 (which conveniently for them wasn’t included in the warranty) in order for the heat to work when it never worked correctly to begin with. Finally after my brother and her friend argued with them, they came over and installed the part for the heat to work. Meanwhile she had been using space heaters the past two months so her electric bill is over $300 now. I do not recommend this company! They prey on old people and try to scam them. There are cheaper and better qualified companies out there that charge 6k instead of 10k for an AC and heating system.

We have been using Expedited Heat & Air for the last couple of years to service our home and office AC units and they are on-time, professional and provide a quality service at a fair price. I highly recommend them to anyone with AC and heating needs.

I working with Al, He came out . We just meet looked at my bad unit and we started to talk about up dating to a new unit . He talked to me as a friend and not a sales person there wasn't no feeling I'm being pushed into buying new . I like that. And that makes me want to work with him. He had said he could get the new unit in the next day . So the service is great . I called 3 others places and they was jerks I guess they was that way so I could call and do business with EXPEDITED HEAT & AIR and work with Al . Thanks for coming and not making me feel like I'm being pushed.

My split ac in my childs bedroom was not cooling at all. So i called Expedited and Gage was at my door in less than 30mins. He was so respectful and very knowledgable fixed the problem and was done in no time..definately recommend this place

I always love to see the quality of care after you use the service this company uses to maintain the equipment. Not only did Blake do a thorough check up on our house but when out of his way to clean out debris in our outdoor unit. Perfect example of why we love using this company and why we joined the membership program

David and Josh were amazing. It was dark when they got here and they still did everything they needed to to fix the AC and didn’t leave until it was fixed. I won’t be using any other company for my A/C issues.
