I called Expedited Heat & Air on a Sunday afternoon and they sent out Joshua Davis, a top notch technician within a couple of hours. Josh was very thorough and was able to detect the issue and fix the problem within an hour. I would highly recommend Expedited and more importantly, Josh Davis!

I want to start by saying that the technician, Name Blake, was outstanding and very professional. He was able to fix the issue and analyze the system so that we would know what to do in the near future. I highly recommend Expedited Heat & Air due to their attention to detail, excellent customer service, and well-trained technicians.

We encountered difficulties with our air conditioning unit and promptly scheduled an appointment with Expedited Heat and Air. The technician, Martin, arrived promptly and exhibited exceptional friendliness and professionalism. He promptly identified and resolved the issue, effectively repairing the AC unit.

Last night we had our AC unit fail at our house. This morning we had another service company look at it and quoted us repairs. I was very skeptical on his troubleshooting ability since he never really checked anything thoroughly.
As a second opinion, we called Expedited Heat & Air and met Gabriel who was sent out. After examining the unit, he showed me exactly what was wrong and what it'll take to fix it. Gabriel took the time to answer all my questions.

**Update....never received the quote I requested. Even called the office the next day and didn't receive it. Had to go elsewhere.

The technician Gabriale was very helpful and answered all my questions. He recommended ways to improve the efficiency of my ac unit. He explained how he determined the condition of the unit. He showed me pictures of areas of concern. I would recommend calling the company for your ac needs.

Blake was awesome! He came out cause my system wasn’t blowing cold air. He quickly pulled the unit apart and figured out I just had a cable loose. Very honest guy and straightforward guy. Would highly recommend this company and the tech Blake!

The best possible service you could ask for. David was communicative and punctual with us and was quick to show me what was wrong and how to fix it. He definitely helped alleviate the stress of having a nonfunctioning AC unit for both my wife and I and our newborn.

We had a free estimate given to us by Gage, and we decided to get our ducts cleaned as well as purchase the UV Light and Air Scrubber. Gage and David inspected our main unit and told us what we needed and we decided to use you guys. Gage and David were very professional and patient with us.
Gage returned the following day to install our UV Light and Air Scrubber and took pictures and explained to us what he did. We would definitely use Expedites Heat & Air for any of our A/C needs.

Luke Howarth was excellent. They finished installing our HVAC system yesterday and we heard a mechanical sound coming from the air handler. I contacted him with theissue the next day at 8:15am and he was here at just after 9am.

Definitely recommend this company. We booked an apt and Gage came at the exact time. He was very professional and polite. He got our ac up and running and gave us options to choose from for the future and straight forward with the pricing which wasn't crazy expensive either.

I highly recommend this to anyone in need of AC repairs! We had an issue with our AC in the middle of the night with our newborn in the house and they were able to send someone right away!! The AC itself was fixed shortly after so we called them back and told them we think our AC was good but they still wanted to make sure there were no issues. David came out the next day and explained thoroughly what he found wrong and showed us which is really helpful. Highly recommend !

David was amazing. We were told the night before that they would have someone out between 9-11am the next morning. David called at 8:53 and said he was 20 minutes out. He arrived exactly when he said he would be here. It took him about an hour and a half to find and fix the problem. Was very transparent about what he was doing and why. We enrolled in the maintenance plan because of his professionalism and promptness. Looking forward to being a loyal customer to a good group. Thanks, David!
