David and the entire team is absolutely wonderful! We had a pretty major drain clog and way too much water. They fixed the issue and were prompt, knowledgeable and professional!

Phenomenal service. Called Expedited Heat & Air at 8:20pm due to coming home and the house being at 83 degrees in August. Was told I would get a call shortly with a time frame of when a tech would be available. At 8:25 my phone rang and was told that a tech would be to my house in 30 or so minutes. My tech, David F, called shortly after to confirm his arrival time and arrived just before 9pm. David had my system back online by 9:20pm. David was very professional and personable. This company lives up to its name, Expedited. I will be a customer for life. Thanks.

Luke Howarth was our technician today and he was super. He ended up getting here four hours earlier than expected and was able to diagnose our issue and fix it quickly. He was so very nice and professional. If you get the opportunity, ask for Luke!

Absolutely one of the worst HVAC experiences I’ve ever had. This company is wildly overpriced, massively overpromises, and then completely under-delivers. They talk a big game, but the reality is they install the cheapest, lowest-quality equipment you can buy while charging top-tier, inflated prices.

The company is poorly run and disorganized from top to bottom. Missed expectations, lack of professionalism, and zero accountability. It’s clear the focus is on selling, not on actually doing quality work or standing behind it.

When a company can’t even manage basic operations, it shows in every part of the job. Save yourself the frustration and money — get other quotes and go with a company that actually delivers what they promise. This one absolutely does not.

Had my AC acting up again and David F. came by and quickly got to work to get t the bottom of it. He is very knowledgeable and provided quick pointers into areas he encountered. Took many photos to show areas that needed attention. Awesome service!

The way this company operates raises serious concerns about oversight, professionalism, and compliance with basic licensing and consumer-protection standards. Any properly licensed and regulated HVAC company would understand the seriousness of possible mold exposure and would not behave this way.

I contacted them for a serious health concern, possible mold in my A/C vents and it’s obvious this company does not take mold, safety, or customers seriously.

I received a text at 8:52 a.m. stating that Joshua Davis was en route (Tuesday 12/30). He later received the lockbox code directly from my realtor, acknowledged it, and said he would come another day(Friday 01/02). That day never happened. No follow-up. No call. No explanation. Just complete silence.

I spent the entire day calling the office, repeatedly, and was brushed off with empty responses like “I’ll text him” or “I’ll take a message.” No urgency. No accountability. No professionalism despite involving a potential health hazard.

This was my first and last interaction with this company. I will be documenting this experience, encouraging others to verify licensing, and escalating complaints to the appropriate regulatory agencies. If you value your time, your health, or dealing with a company that actually follows professional standards, stay far away.

If you’re looking for a technician who can turn a $350 part into a $3,000 fairy tale, congratulations — you’ve found the right company.

The guy who came to my house confidently told me the fan motor might be impossible to find and that replacing it would run me “around three grand.” Wow. Inspiring creativity.

Funny enough, I found the exact same motor in under 10 minutes for $350. No treasure map, no magic spell. Just basic internet skills.

Instead of offering an honest solution, he tried to upsell me into replacing my entire unit, as if I wouldn’t double-check anything. The whole performance felt less like AC repair and more like a masterclass in unnecessary upselling.

If you enjoy being treated like you don’t know how to Google, you’ll love them. If not — do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

By the way, after 2 weeks, I am still waiting for the actual quote

They performed a repair to my A/C system two years ago and did a great job! They also don’t try to overcharge for the work and the tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I have had maintenance done twice since then both techs were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable (Blake and David), highly recommend them!

I was searching for a reputable air condition company for the replacement of our air conditioner it was at its end of life. We choose Johns Air due to their reputation and competitive pricing. It was important to find a product that was manufactured in the US “American Pride”; Amana is still manufactured in Huston Texas and has one of the best warranties in the business. American made great customer service and reasonable prices made this one of my most gratifying large purchases in a long time.

The Technician was on time and answered all of my questions during the change out. He made sure to clean up after the work was completed and walked me though the operation of the new equipment. The new equipment is remarkable quieter and with the Amanas warranty I will have no concerns for the next ten years.

If you are in the market for a new/replacement air conditioner you should give John a call I couldn’t be happier!

Our request was to move the air handler from the first floor of a two story townhouse to the attic. John gave me a quote and has never wavered from that. The air handler move created many unforeseen problems but John and Keiland did a fantastic job of solving them. They are very knowledgeable, honest and a pleasure to do business with!

Last week another company came to do an annual check on my HVAC system. They told me that I needed a completely new system at a cost of $6 -10K because my unit could catch on fire. I remember that John had done some work on my daughter's HVAC system and she spoke very highly of him. I called and talked to Cindy in the office. She was great. John came out Monday. He told me that my system just needed a part. He ordered the part and completed the work in about an hour and the cost was reasonable. Thank you Cindy for your kindness and thank you John for your honesty and professionalism. You are now my go to for HVAC work and I will make sure that anyone that I know who needs HVAC work calls you.

I highly recommend John's Air Conditioning and Heating Servie, LLC. I had a condenser coil that was damaged and spoke with John and he had a service tech at my house same day to look at AC. John then gave me a quote and I booked the repair service. They were there next day. When Tech arrived, he replaced the evaporator coil, then realized it was condenser coil that had problem. The previous tech had typed in wrong code the day before. The condenser coil is much more expensive than evaporator coil. John not only stood by the original quote, they left the new evaporator coil in m y unit. The tech Tony that did the installation went above an beyond with service. John's AC company is reliable, honest and did a fantastic job. My AC is blowing cold air and I feel I was treated incredible. I highly recommend this company. Daniel was very professional, and courteous. He arrived on time and was thorough in his inspection and assessment of our aging ac, he was even thorough in his cleanup afterward. We will definitely use them in the future, especially when it comes time to replace our old unit.
