I was trying to buy a car at a dealership and I couldn’t even hear or focus on my salesperson John because Anthanasios Panagopoulos (another customer) wearing this companies shirt was screaming at another salesperson and saying horrible things to the young black man.

Delta Mechanical, you deserve 0 stars. I thought that the cost of living was out of control because of the Covid hoax, but this price check is totally insane. I bought a water heater from Home Depot that cost $519. I called their recommended installation company, Delta Mechanical for a quote to have it installed. Their quote for installation was over $1000. That was just to have the water heater installed! Doesn't that seem ridiculous to you? It is ridiculous! Has anyone really paid that price?

Did a fantastic job installing my water heater at an actual reasonable price. Highly recommend and they are partnered with home depot.

Gary the technician is honest and knowledgeable about hot water heaters! I had scheduled for a new gas water heater because the pilot light on my 6 year old WH went out and a different company was trying to sell me on a tankless water heater or a new water heater ranging from $2,000-4,000 but didn't really look at the problem. Gary had mine going in seconds, cleaned it and ordered new part per my request so it will be "like new". He was so professional and kind. I will always use Delta for any issues with plumbing and maintenance. More companies need to bring back honesty over profit! Thank You Gary/Delta

Delta Mechanical was timely and friendly. Roy from their company installed my new water heater, and was excellent. Got the job done without any issues, highly recommended.

Anthanasios Panagopoulos came in to my place of business and disrespected my manager and me because he wanted us to break the rules just for him! He also got angry when we wouldn't bend the rules for him and screamed that "we suck" in the middle of our establishment! I am very disappointed in Mr. Panagopoulos and Delta for their actions!

The office was professional and very helpful. And, Thomas who did installation was courteous, honest and efficient. Purchased water heater from Home Depot and they had it installed less than 24 hours later, and removed the old one.

*Felt price for installation was reasonable. If you have never had professional installation, it may seem high compared to purchase price of unit - but that is typical in my experience.

Needed a new water heater since the old one was at end of life. Shane Hawkins from Delta Mechanical was assigned and he arrived on time and well prepared to get my new Rheem Gladiator installed. I was amazed how quickly he had the unit installed and up and running. He was very well verse in how the unit operates and gave me some very helpful tips as far as the operations and maintenance of the unit. I am very satisfied with how my installed went. Great Job Shane.

They advertise same day service, yet soonest toilet installation was 2 weeks out. 2 days before the appointment they called, I answered nobody spoke (dead silence) then get an e-mail cancelling my appointment - they could reschedule over a week later after my guests were due to arrive. No attempt made to schedule anything earlier for despite telling them on the original call the original installation was cutting it close. Though polite service is non-existent.
