They won't sell to the public. I was only buying some flex duct that you can get at home Depot. Bad policy!

I just wanna start off and say this store is amazing the team on Anderson rd is a big help they always go above and beyond for me and my team I wanna really thank Ashley for always making my experience the best and easy and super fast process and the driver Darnell will go above and beyond and very patient and helpful he won’t leave until I’m satisfied or my until my customer is satisfied with their delivery his positivity is what brings out the best in him everybody there is amazing keep up the good work.

Upon arrival, not a soul was ready to take my order, I waited about 5 mins maybe I minute less to be helped.

When the 20 yr old boy came out to help me he had a look on his face as though he couldn't be bothered, and walled out with both hands in his pocket.

Now I have had the opportunity to tell him what it was I wanted, and he grabbed some papers without indicating he knew what I was there for then walked away without saying a single word.

Ten mins later he comes back out from the wearhouse with the same incendiary attitude, as though I had ruined his day by breaking up the monotony of sitting around finger twiddling.

No customer wants to be treated in this manor and companies used to have strict policies that prohibited this sort of behavior.

Pathetic

The problem was promptly resolved by the corporation head honchos.

Good work baker you have reinstalled confidence in your establishment.

They stock UV flashlights but are out of them. They get an improved score over the others as they were at least selling them.

Just wanted to share this for anyone in Egypt Lake dealing with AC issues right now. My husband and I just moved in together and got completely stuck when our thermostat went blank on a Sunday. The technician came out and got the whole thing running again in under an hour without any issues. Definitely giving them a call the next time we need HVAC services.

You guys, I just had my annual AC tune up done and wow, these folks are awesome! The tech showed up exactly when he said he would, explained everything in plain English, and even caught a tiny issue before it turned into a big deal. Everyone was super friendly and actually listened to my questions. If you want your AC to survive summer without drama, seriously, book your next maintenance with this company, they’re the best!
