I have been using Xpress Quality for several years. They have been excellent….initially had a problem with a new air conditioner they installed, they came out several times to figure out the problem and get it working. Very professional, very pleasant and easy to work with. Just had ducts cleaned and had a Rene Halo air purifier installed. Would definitely recommend this for allergies. The house smells cleaner and fresh. We’ve noticed a huge improvement with allergies and eye issues. It’s definitely worth having done and Xpress Quality is a great company to do it!

I had a full AC system installed by Xpress Quality Services four years ago. The installation was extremely well done and Joel was always in constant communication and very professional. Recently I had a leak from my unit, and when contacted, I had a technician to my house within a couple of hours. The whole staff is very responsive and great to work with. Their prices are competitive and their work is top notch. I would recommend to anyone in need of AC system installs/service. Very satisfied customer!

If I could give zero stars I would. I called and spent a good amount of time on the phone with someone. She put me on hold a couple of times checking on prices. Finally came back and gave me a quote that she would send via email. Well the email sent had my first name but not my last name or address. Additionally, the quote was correct but there was verbiage (no price just verbiage) added in for an item I never asked for. I didn’t think this would be hard to fix. Boy was a I wrong. When calling back to schedule the services I was told the discount no longer applies because it was only issued because of that one item I had never actually spoken about. This is the opposite of what I was told the first time. Then trying to get this fixed I was being told over and over you’re not getting a 20% discount even though you’re scheduling 3 services because you’re not doing this one particular service that was never asked for. Pretty clear bait and switch. What a joke. We’ll take our money somewhere else.

Sought several local AC companies to replace my out-dated system. Xpress Quality Services was by far the very best, most professional, and most efficient firm to address the problem. There is no question I would recommend Xpress to anyone in need of AC service or replacement.

Luis was very knowledgeable and nice. Arrived at my house at 10:30am and confirmed that we needed a new water heater since our old one had a hole in it. Left to pick up a new one and came back an hour later and installed it right away and answered our questions. They were done by 12:30pm.

I really liked the service that Richard provided from XpressQualityServices. He is professional, on time and has done a maintenance cleaning, he cleaned up after himself and gave me great recommendations on how to do monthly routines to keep my unit in good shape. I will be needing a new unit soon and I know that they will give me a fair price and do it quickly. I highly recommend Xpress Quality Services.
