Service was great! Michael was very personable and he took the extra time to clean out my overly dirty outside unit. He also caught a part that was no longer functioning at full capacity and was able to quickly replace the part to keep my AC running well.

Michael was great. New home owner , we needed a tune up and other maintenance work. Michael was honest and explained what had to be done at a very fair price . He was very thorough and took the time to explain how to do some simple preventative work in the future .Highly recommend American Air Authorities and Michael.

American Air Authorities is fantastic! William came out right away when my heat pump kept tripping the breaker. William quickly determined that the issue I was having was because of lint from the nearby dryer vent. He cleaned the unit for us.
While our problem was not large I observed William quickly check for things that could be wrong until he determined that the unit just needed to be cleaned.
He did not upsell just stated that they should be cleaned once a year while explaining what he was doing. I plan to keep him on the schedule annually for cleaning after seeing how much lint my HVAC collected from the dryer.

Memorial Day weekend at 10:30 p.m. my AC stopped working I was stressed out I don't know who to call for emergency since it's a holiday weekend but thank God for American Air Authority and William the technician that came to the house to fix my AC did a great job a very thorough clean up off my AC and he also fixes thermostat he was knowledgeable quick and fast and very honest thank God for him. I highly recommend this company

William is a pro and service was perfection.
He thoroughly inspected the issue of my AC not cooling and discovered it was the capacitor. I was thankful it wasn’t something crazy expensive and for his honesty.
