Fantastic service from this company again. I've had them come out about 4 times. They handled a warranty part for me, and I didn't have to do a thing. They advised me on some solutions to the inside of my house, and it's made a great difference in even air flow. Very honest and professional crew. The work was done quickly, and they cleaned up afterwards! Super impressed with Cool Aid. :)

Chris and his team were very prompt on the assessment of my existing unit and gave me a good price on a new American Standard A/C system. The crew was at my house at 8:15 and were completely finished before 2pm.

Chris, the owner got someone out right away and Kevin and his helper diagnose the AC problem and completed the job in about 20 minutes. We were very pleased and they were very professional. The price was reasonable. 5 out of five.

We at the Chapel Crossings community had an absolutely fantastic experience with Cool Aid A/C. From start to finish, the service was professional, prompt, and courteous. A special shout-out goes to Adam, who was our technician. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in detail. Adam and another person came out to clean the main unit of my A/C system and replace a cover for a vent inside the house. They put a new filter in for me and finished pretty quickly. They were very friendly and helpful.

Had another a/c company give me 3 options to replace a 6 year old Rheem condenser unit because it was toast for $7,000.00 to &$9,600.00.
Kevin came out and replaced a capacitor for $200.00.
I highly recommend this company for their service, professionalism & honesty.

We finally bit the bullet and got a new AC/furnace system. We contact several companies for quotes. Cool Aid was by far the best, fair, and reasonably price quoted for both a 3.5 and 4 ton unit American Standard. Good communication and fast response with Chris. Rene and the service team came out did the removal of the old unit and install in about 4 hours. We’re summer ready for this FL heat.

Very thankful we chose Cool Aid A/C Service! We had a bad experience with a different company and needed someone to come in and fix their mistakes. They were very knowledgeable and explained it clearly, so I could understand the problem. I will absolutely use them again!

I called because our AC unit wasn’t cooling or heating. They had a technician out to us within 3 hours of when I called. Kevin and Alec, the techs, were very thorough and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything to us. They were able to fix the issue same day at a very reasonable cost, and we couldn’t be more thrilled. We will definitely be using Cool-Aid for all of our future AC needs!

They were great! My a/c quit blowing air and developed frost on the outside line overnight, so I called them first thing in the morning. They scheduled an early afternoon service call for me, but then texted me 2.5 hours early to say they were on the way, yay! Adam and Drew got to work quickly after hearing what the issue was, and pinpointed the problem immediately. They had to go get the part since it's not something that's the same for every unit, and when they returned they installed the new part and tested to make sure everything worked as it should.

The price was really good, too, although I didn't find that out until later. The only thing I would change about my interaction with Cool Aid is I would have liked to know what the price would be up front, once they knew what was wrong, or at least have a ballpark. So, I hope they will improve on that.

I really liked that there was no upselling, no pressure to buy a maintenance plan or anything else like most a/c companies seem to be doing these days. They just came, fixed my problem quickly, and actually said I had a great unit and it could last many more years. They were nice, professional, and respectful of me and my property. Great job, gentlemen! Great job to Christy who answered my call and sent them out, also, and anyone else who worked behind the scenes at the office.

I will definitely call them again when I need a/c work and have already given their name and number to my neighbors.

Chris and his team are amazing. Chris was upfront with his pricing and unlike many places he puts in the extra effort to build a custom solution. He never once ignored a question and made sure I understood the pro's and con's to the options he gave me.

His install team was top notch, customer service oriented, and you could tell they cared about doing the job right. They asked questions about where we wanted two new air intakes installed and gave advice not only on where they thought they would look the best, but asked us if we would be able to get the filters changed in the new locations.

They did a full install of a condenser, air handler, and moved our drain line to a new location in addition to adding the new intakes. They showed up 15 minutes early and finished the job in about 5 hrs.

I highly recommend using Chris and his team at Cool Aid if you want to deal with trustworthy people that are customer centric. These guys rocked.
