William came by to check out my system, I was looking to have my AC Ducts cleaned. He said they were OK, but I did have a lot of gaps by all the vents, allowing hot air from the attic to mix with the cold AC air. He sealed all the vents up for me, he suggested a larger system filter which I had him install as well. We also had him install a REME LED HALO Air purifier. I read a lot of reviews on these and there really is a difference in the air quality in the house! William does great work and has very fair pricing!

Highly recommend this company. William is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Took the time to listen and fix our problems that 3 other AC companies could not troubleshoot. Will be call them for all out ac needs. Definitely will be our guy to recommend to friends and family.

William came out today to clean my air ducts, perform maintenance, and improve the filtration system. He also sealed one of my ducts that the original installers failed to do. He showed me the dust he pulled out of the vents. I’m so happy… my house feels much fresher now. He did an excellent job!

William has awesome. He came on time, he did a thorough job in repairing my condensor unit. He tested capacitor, contactor, fan, compressor and found out two wires were chewed up torn which he replaced. Unit is back to work. He has given electronic invoice on the spot. He is soft spoken, amicable to work with. I highly recommend him and take him for my future repairs.

I called William in the morning about a leak in my AC he gave me an appointment right away. William came in on time and promptly took care of the problem while explaining everything he was doing. He communicates very well, he is knowledgeable, professional, polite and easy to work with. His price was fair and we discussed it beforehand. He is an honest man and did not take advantage of us. 10/10 service! Accurate quick diagnosis of three rooftop systems at our commercial site and astounded us with the most accurate diagnosis. Another company said we needed multiple evaporator and condenser coils for large units that was very expensive. This Contractor found none of these were leaking, and we saved a boatload and are glad we switched to American air authorities! The refrigerant charges were not even low!

We all know companies that promise to do a great job at a great price, but the truth is, most of us want something more – we want it done right the first time. When our AC quit working in our house and plummeted to 80°, William came out after 4 PM. He wanted to make sure we would have a cool house to sleep in, then he planned to come back in the morning to see what’s causing the problem. William was professional, personable, and even put protective covers over his shoes to protect my floors. (Who does that?!) He began checking out the unit to see why it shut off and he removed a piece of drain line that was coming out of the air handler at an inverted angle. When he looked inside the pvc tube, it was more than 50% clogged. Seriously?! No wonder it couldn’t drain properly! William replaced the drainage tube and cleaned out all the lines. He decided to service the entire unit which included cleaning the coils and checking freon levels, etc. William found and fixed the problem that we’ve been having for three+ years now. So amazing! Now for the best part: William called me the next morning just to check and make sure everything is still up and running and we have cool air in the house. RIGHT? I KNOW!

Honest, Thorough, and Refreshingly Professional — A/C Company You Can Actually Trust
I can’t say enough good things about American Air Authorities. After a terrible experience with another local contractor who installed my system less than a year ago and then tried to charge me thousands to “fix” their own mistakes, I called American Air Authorities for a second opinion. Best decision I could’ve made.
William, the technician, was professional, courteous, and — most importantly — honest. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. He quickly found the real issues the first company had either missed or caused: a clogged (not broken) drain pump, sloppy splices creating a low-voltage problem, incorrect wiring that turned a heating component on during cooling, and unprotected exterior wiring.
William corrected the wiring, cleaned the pump, verified refrigerant pressures, and tested both heating and cooling cycles before leaving — all in just a few hours. Everything worked perfectly afterward. The total cost? $425. Considering another company tried to sell me $2,500 in unnecessary “repairs,” that honesty speaks volumes.
What really impressed me, though, was the follow-up. William personally called the next day to make sure everything was still working properly and that I was satisfied with the service. That kind of care and accountability is rare these days.
It’s clear that American Air Authorities truly values integrity, craftsmanship, and customer trust. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for fair, knowledgeable, and reliable HVAC service. They’ve absolutely earned my business going forward.

They came out and checked my 20 year old system and tried to get it working before they told me it needed to be replaced. I appreciate that they tried before just jumping to saying that I needed a new system. They gave me a good price on a system for my house, installed it when they said, and followed up quickly on an issue caused by my old electrical infrastructure. William and his crew were very knowledgeable and great to work with. I highly recommend them.

When I first called and spoke to Dawn, I was so pleased with how friendly, knowledgeable, and how easy it was to schedule service! William came out and was super fast, efficient and fixed the problem right away without over charging which of course is such a big concern with A/C repairs. I highly recommend them and will be the first I call with any issues!

American Air Authorities is an excellent company; honest, hardworking, reliable, transparent, and willing to go to the full extent of seeking what is best for the customer and how to get the job done. William, will never scam his clients.
I first met William, the owner of American Air Authorities when he worked with another company. It didn’t take long to realize his high level of integrity, showing transparency through several situations where he assisted us with evaluating questionable interactions we were having with another company. William is very honest, hard working, humble and has never disappointed in providing an excellent and trustworthy service and will go the extra mile to be sure the work is done well. If you have a concern, be sure to voice it and he will do whatever he can to assist.

That said, he and his team did our duct cleaning and done correctly, is messy. A huge vacuum was attached to the main intake and all vent covers were removed, cleaned, disinfected, and labeled. Then vent by vent, a high air pressures hose is inserted to blow the contents of the vent system back toward to main vacuum. Then any remaining deberé at the entrance is manually wiped out before fogging each vent intake with a mold enzyme product. Then they do their best to shop vacuum the debre. However, a thorough cleaning may be needed.
After dealing with the major scams of Air Pro company, I’m so thankful to be able to relax knowing I’m in good hands. Photo of Collection bag from our downstairs unit added. Two units completed with the bonus of two air purifiers at a discount price.

After shopping around for a new ac system this company gave me the most bang for my buck. Will was great. He explained to me all the options I can with and he wasn’t pushy. His guys came over a couple of days later and they took their time installing everything. Will even came by to make sure everything was running smoothly. You can tell him and his guys take pride in their work. Glad I went with American Air Authorities.

The process of selling my house in Old Seminole Heights has been stressful enough without the AC leaking water everywhere right before an open house. The tech got here the same morning and flushed a massive clog out of the drain line. They even applied some fresh duct sealant around the closet unit so it looked clean for the buyers. They finished so quickly that I didn't even have to reschedule the showings. Thanks for the great HVAC service.

We had an issue with our AC and Joel (the owner) was able to send someone over within a couple of hours. The technician that assisted us was great and was able to get our AC running again. We will definitely be using them in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.

Quality work. The 2 member crew were very efficient.
They did an outstanding job taking apart the old a/c unit and installing the new one. Made sure everything was working properly before they left. And also, cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend.
