I originally looked at Jonathan and Palmera because of a recommendation from a family friend and their flexibility, pricing and vast knowledge.

After receiving my first cut, I will continue to use them for their care. They truly treat your property like their own and go above and beyond (they do little things that advance your property beyond what you imagined and I can tell that’s not the norm).

Truly looking forward to continuing to work with them.

I highly recommend Palmera for any tree work or landscaping services. They were able to give me an estimate right away when I reach out to them with the pictures of I wanted done. The very next day they were in my yard doing the work. They are always professional and provide quality work at a very reasonable price . Jonathan made sure I was satisfied with the work. I will definitely keep using their services.

Great service and always going the extra mile for their customers. They adjusted my sprinkler system to reduce the watering as temperatures drop and also made sure our garden looks in top shape without us having to ask for it!

Tried to intimidate me & my pup with their mower

I frequently work at a client’s home in an HOA community serviced by this company, and I have consistently been shocked by their lack of care. As a service professional myself, I know the standard of work that should be expected, and this crew falls far short.
​They regularly miss entire sections of grass while mowing and have carelessly weed-whacked my client's landscaping, even breaking yard ornaments in the process. Instead of properly cleaning up, they blow yard debris straight into the streets or directly onto parked vehicles. Recently, I specifically moved my car out of a driveway to give them space to work, only to return and find it completely coated in dirt, grass, and dust—to the point where I had to rinse it before driving away.
​If you are a property manager or HOA looking for a landscaping company that respects property and pays attention to detail, I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

Your truck (FL Tag: U85OWR) merged into my lane forcing me over and then cut off another driver and very much almost caused us to wreck on two separate occasions. Unsafe driver and a very poor representation of your company. Anyone seeing this type of behavior would never consider hiring your company, nor will I. I have no doubt you've lost business and will continue to do so due to your uncaring and aggressive driver.

Great company! I only had few occasions to interact with them and they were courteous, polite and dedicated to their work. They Specialize in Landscaping and work with commercial companies to provide them the best land care and landscaping services. Highly recommended

5 stars to a great team that comes out weekly to ensure my apartment complex’s landscaping stays neat, tidied, and looking good! Extra shout out to Dave! Nice guy who goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are satisfied. He definitely deserves some recognition!!

Harold and his team go way and above to please their customers. They are professional, courteous, very hard workers who get the job done and for a very reasonable price. When you are their customer you will be treated best way possible. They removed 3 huge branches from our oak tree that was in between 2 houses. Very difficult job that should only be done by professionals who are insured and they definitely are. They took care to make sure nothing falls on our roof. They even cut me some large logs for my project. They did not stop trimming until I was satisfied and cleaned up nicely. Great company and Harold is the best!!
**Update- October 23, 2024, we had large trees that needed to be removed due to Hurricane Milton. They presented a threat to our property. Harold came quickly to assess the situation, gave us a reasonable price (no price gouging like we hear other companies do) and was able to get his guys to remove 2 huge trees within days. Needless to say as usual, his guys are super professional were able to get the job promptly done, cleaned up everything and we could not be happier with their service. All Debris was picked up and removed - that made us super happy! They are our go to tree service always!! Thank you so much!!

This company serves Tampa Palms in an extremely careless way almost every time I witness there trucks working that neighborhood. Rather than parking the trucks marked with your logo out of the way of traffic when servicing this area- in which the roads are very curvy- they place 2 or 3 very small cones directly behind their vehicles forcing traffic to stop or merge unexpectedly and abruptly. I have witnessed and been in traffic more than a handful of times as this has happened. It is careless and terrible representation of care for the community it serves on your companies behalf.
