Terrible. They do our lawn care in our neighborhood. Their is dead grass, they constantly miss picking up dead debris and just mow over any trash. I've called multiple times and I have even pointed out dead plants that have been there for months to one of the supervisors but yet nothing is done. STAY AWAY!

I want to say that this company, the crew does not have the experience they leave clippings on the ground they don't take down weeds on the wall and they don't rip it off the wall they walk right by them,they cut the grass very low to the ground this is a mattamy homes.If was in charge of are HOA. I would not allow this work performed this way. I would like to a Manager to see what's going on.

These people are the worst. They work near my house constantly and have no regard for the fact that people live here. They hire the RUDEST and most PIG like workers. I'll start from square one to tell you about this business. First, the workers BLOW LEAVES INTO OTHER PEOPLES YARDS, yeah, they don't pick up the leaves of the house they're working on, they just blow the leaves somewhere else. Second, THEY PARK LIKE THEY OWN THE ROAD, my street has a big curve that they often park on so you have to swerve to avoid their truck, other times THEY WILL BLOCK YOUR DRIVEWAY COMPLETELY. Third, THEIR GRABAGE THAT THEY LEAVE BEHIND this pisses me off the most. They leave their own garbage everywhere. They insist to the guy that hired them that they don't leave the garbage, but I have watched them just throw stuff on the ground, in fact they throw it on the part of the street that is not the mans property, it's city property and if they continue I'm going to raise hell whatever way I can because I am sick of picking up after grown men. I've had to pick up chicken bones (the kind that can kill a dog or cat), soda cups, wrappers, and so much other trash that is THEIRS that I've lost track. Fourth, is the fact that THESE PEOPLE DON'T CARE. They are RUDE, LIARS, and act like pigs, they are just there to get their check and leave. They don't care about your yard, or what I should say is they don't care about other people's yards and animals. I don't know what kind of "morals" this business has, but it's not the kind you should want to have doing your yard. Sunrise Landscape needs to get off their high horse and realize they are JERKS AND SERIOUSLY NEED TO REFORM AND REHIRE THIER WORKERS.

Slowest service, no English, parked at location in middle of road blocking traffic. Worst etiquette

Horrible company, please be Aware, this morning my wife made a loud scream when she saw 3 mans looking at her in our property. I immediately open the glass door and ask them why they are in my property. I was in shock to see they didn't have no respond to why they where in private property. One of them became hostile and said to go in front of my house to the street so he can teach me a lesson. We have bullies working for this company, be aware that they are trespassing other peoples land and this is very scare, be aware that there own supervisor said to me that he apologies but to understand what kind of people they can hire to dig a hole in the floor, please be aware that ones 911 was call they all left the scene. I made a district attorney complaint and i will make a BBB complaint concerning this horrible incident.

I contacted them to repair the irrigation and add landscaping after adding a pool to a new construction home. They were the company who installed the irrigation system for the builder just a few months ago. They no showed our appointment, blew off phone calls and gave non answers when we did speak to them.

Sunrise put the irrigation system in our new house. We had several brown spots because the grass was not being watered. Our builder (Meritage) told us that the irrigation system is not covered under the warranty. We were surprised when a technician came out (in May) to work on the system. He moved a sprinkler, adjusted others, and supposedly ‘fixed’ one that didn’t pop up. It worked that day. Since the system is set to run at 3:30 am, I don’t see what works and what doesn’t. I tested the system right before the house warranty expired and found the unit that didn’t pop up still doesn’t pop up and another unit that pops up doesn’t spray any water. I wrote the Meritage warranty person the day before our 1-year anniversary was up and again he stated that it wasn’t covered so I didn’t do anything. Two weeks after our warranty was up, I called Sunrise to see if they had any warranty on their work (which was done in May). They said they provided a 1-year warranty. Meritage builders need to get their story straight. Since we are now 2 weeks past our warranty period, Sunrise won’t stand behind the work they did 6 weeks ago. Bottom line is, if it works when the technician leaves, that is all that matters. They won’t cover things even if repairs are not done correctly. Will never do business with them again.

I ask about allergies and have to replace tree and I got the best services at a reasonable time.

Richard responded today to a warranty request. He was able to take care of all of our concerns. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Thanks for scheduling us so quickly.

It’s been three weeks and they still haven’t responded to repairing my irrigation. Talked Mr Byant and he said he would get back to me and never has.
Every week when they mow they throw the mulch in the yard. I would not recommend or use this company. I have no choice
HOA uses them.

Totally satisfied with the followup landscaping work performed by Sunrise. We have moved into a new home located at Del Webb Bayview. Upon calling George Cardenas, he made sure we received a service call in a timely manner. Jonny arrived at our home to adjust our sprinkler heads on our back yard. Jonny was very knowledgeable and corrected the water flow and distance on our zones.

Not professional, very poor quality and extremely poor work ethic. Provides extremely subpar work then wants to increase your invoice for the following year. After they cut what grass they do tend to, they’ll just blow that grass all over your lanai or front door. Don’t waste your money with this company, it’s a joke. Stevie Wonder could probably cut grass better!

Ben didn’t even give us the time of day was rude and talked to us like we are children hire people that know what they are doing not trying to make a sale.

We called him three times and texted till we saw him checking properties next to us and told us to call the office and not at all try to help. This is very disappointing and we will be letting everyone in our community know

Sunrise is losing service contract in my community due to shoddy work. Also, I wasn't happy when walking my dogs in the morning and passing thier work trucks and smelling marijuana coming out of the trucks. This happened on two occasions. Why are your work crews getting high just prior to the start of thier shifts? You guys need to do a better job in hiring crews.

I'm not surprise reading the reviews and comments. As we were crossing the street from John Pass boardwalk one of their trucks almost hit my husband in the crosswalk -and then had the nerve to flip us off I was going to post a picture of the truck but obviously people are very aware of this company!

We have used Sunrise for nearly two decades. Our lawns are in great shape in our 96 home community. Our site manager, Brian Brown, is attentive and always helpful. I heartily recommend Sunrise.

We live in Del Webb Bexley and Sunrise was given their notice that we as a community were ending our contract with Sunrise. The company is at best a poor quality company in every aspect. Poorly trained workers, and very hard to find a mgr. Any HOA that contracts with This firm is in for a very rude awakening. They were supposed to cut our lawns weekly during the growing season and it has been 2 weeks since mine has been cut. Bad News Company
