Called to get my propane regulator change. After making an appointment, they called me back and stated ‘there were just too many obstacles to overcome in order to help me’ a tech never even came out to look at my problem.

Horrible experience - called multiple times to confirm what I needed done. Service guy showed up unprepared and fixed one of my many issues and over priced for not doing much at all. Will not use again

Richard was awesome!! Great demeanor, found and repaired a tricky leak. I’m certain many would left saying it couldn’t be duplicated but Richard went above and beyond and figured it out. I’m a fan and his work is appreciated!!

I would highly recommend Bayshore plumbing. The are reasonably priced and efficient. They finished the job in 30 min and asked if there was anything needed to be done since I was paying an hourly rate. Clean and respectful. David was an excellent technician!

We had a pipe crack at 12pm at my business - after a quick call they had a qualified plumber at the office @ 1pm. Richard quickly diagnosed and treated the problem. One hour later we were able to reopen the business. Highly recommend.

Not a good experience. We ended up having more issues than we had before we paid them over $400 for simple repairs. We had a major leak when the water supply valve on a toilet came out of the wall. The "more" experienced plumber did not know how to shut off the main water supply and we had to wait for 30 minutes before the owner Ron could make it over and shut it down in a matter of minutes. The supply valve they replaced continues to leak and has lead to floor and wall damage and they are taking ZERO responsibility for their work. Ron states that we need to go through our homeowners insurance.
It is unfortunate as they are good people and very professional on the front end. The woman handling appointments is very attentive and responsive but this was a very bad experience and unprofessional outcome. Beware.
